中国石油网消息：9月1日,从渤海钻探塔里木钻井分公司了解到，随着甲醇静音发电机组、风光互补绿电项目、光伏发电设施等一系列清洁能源项目相继落地，这个分公司已构建起以网电为基础、多种绿电协同补充的多元化用能格局，走出了一条钻井生产与生态保护和谐共生的绿色转型之路。

China Oil News: On September 1st, the Taiermu Drilling Division of Bohai Drilling Company informed that with the successive implementation of a series of clean energy projects such as silent methanol power generation units, wind-solar hybrid green power projects, and photovoltaic power facilities, this division has established a diversified energy consumption pattern based on grid electricity and supplemented by various green energies, and has embarked on a green transformation path where drilling production and ecological protection are in harmony and symbiotic.

塔里木盆地生态环境脆弱，传统柴油发电模式不仅成本高昂，而且对区域环境构成持续压力。近年来，这个分公司紧抓塔里木油田构建油气与新能源协同发展格局的契机，将清洁能源替代作为撬动生产方式变革的战略支点，推动钻井生产向绿色低碳的方向加速演进。

The ecological environment of the Tarim Basin is fragile. The traditional diesel power generation model is not only costly but also poses continuous pressure on the regional environment. In recent years, this branch company seized the opportunity presented by the construction of a coordinated development pattern of oil and gas and new energy in the Tarim Oilfield, and regarded the substitution of clean energy as a strategic fulcrum to drive the transformation of production methods. It has promoted the drilling production to accelerate its evolution towards a green and low-carbon direction.

筑牢网电基本盘，是绿色转型的第一步。渤海钻探严格执行“网电优先”原则，对所有具备网电使用条件的井场，100%停用柴油机组，全面依托网电开展钻井、固井、完井等施工作业。通过提前摸排井场用电条件、加速线路架设，确保开钻前网电全面投用。对偏远井场实行“一井一议”专项招标，优先保障网电覆盖。目前，塔里木钻井分公司98%以上的施工井已实现网电覆盖，绿电能耗占比持续攀升。

Strengthening the foundation of grid power is the first step in the green transformation. Bohai Drilling strictly adheres to the principle of "grid power priority", and for all well sites that have the conditions for grid power use, 100% of the diesel generators have been shut down, and all drilling, cementing, and well completion operations have been carried out relying on grid power. By thoroughly investigating the power usage conditions of the well sites in advance and accelerating the construction of power lines, the grid power is fully put into use before the drilling begins. For remote well sites, a special bidding process of "one well, one discussion" is implemented, and priority is given to ensuring the coverage of grid power. Currently, over 98% of the construction wells of the Tarim Drilling Company have achieved grid power coverage, and the proportion of green power energy consumption is continuously increasing.

网电覆盖不到的“最后一公里”，恰恰是清洁能源替代最难啃的硬骨头。针对少数电网难以触及的井，渤海钻探塔里木钻井分公司积极探索甲醇发电技术应用。在哈16-H22井，16台国产280千瓦甲醇静音发电机组稳定地输出动力，驱动钻头高效地钻进至深部地层，标志着这个分公司甲醇发电技术在塔里木首次成功应用。与传统柴油发电相比，氮氧化物和碳烟颗粒物排放分别下降60%和70%以上，噪声显著降低，成本同步压减。

The "last mile" that is not covered by the power grid is precisely the toughest challenge for the substitution of clean energy. For a few wells that the power grid cannot reach, the Taiermu Drilling Company of Bohai Drilling has been actively exploring the application of methanol power generation technology. In the H16-H22 well, 16 domestically produced 280-kilowatt methanol silent power generators are steadily outputting power, driving the drill bit to drill efficiently into the deep strata. This marks the first successful application of methanol power generation technology by this company in the Tarim region. Compared with traditional diesel power generation, the emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon smoke particles have decreased by more than 60% and 70% respectively, the noise has been significantly reduced, and the cost has been simultaneously reduced.

绿电版图不止于此。在塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地的移动泥浆站，模块化设计的光伏板和风力发电机可随站迁徙，实现昼夜供电，让这座保障井控安全的关键场站用电成本几乎归零。轮南前线指挥部光伏发电项目每年输送近40万千瓦时清洁电力，为办公生活区注入源源不断的绿色能量。

The green power map extends beyond this. In the mobile mud station located in the heart of the Taklimakan Desert, the modular-designed photovoltaic panels and wind turbines can move with the station, providing power day and night, making the critical field station where well control safety is guaranteed have almost zero electricity costs. The photovoltaic power generation project of the Wunan frontline command center delivers nearly 400,000 kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually, injecting continuous green energy into the office and living areas.

如今，从网电覆盖到甲醇发电，从风光互补到光伏布点，渤海钻探塔里木钻井分公司正以多元互补的绿电应用体系，践行着“应用清洁能源、奉献清洁能源”的发展理念，不断拓展绿电应用场景，为塔里木盆地的蓝天净土贡献更多力量。
