8月13日，永福股份与中国电力工程有限公司（以下简称“中国电工”）在福州正式签署阿尔及利亚特贝萨1406.017MW燃气电站项目设计服务合同。中国电工总经理闫伟华、永福股份总经理黄炎生共同出席签约仪式，并代表双方签署合同。

On August 13th, Yongfu Company and China Power Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "China Electric") officially signed a design service contract for the 1406.017MW gas power station project in Algeria at Fuzhou. General Manager Yan Weihua of China Electric and General Manager Huang Yansheng of Yongfu Company attended the signing ceremony together and signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

此项目为永福股份在阿尔及利亚市场的首个项目，也是公司迄今为止海外单机容量最大的燃气电站项目。此次签约标志着公司国际化战略在北非地区实现重要突破。该项目为阿尔及利亚国家级重点电力基础设施工程，规划新建两套“二拖一”联合循环机组，每套配置2台GE 9F.04燃气轮发电机组、2台余热锅炉、1台汽轮发电机组及1台空冷凝汽器，永福股份承担本项目设计及管理服务工作。

This project is the first project of Yongfu Company in the Algerian market and also the largest gas power station project with single-unit capacity overseas for the company to date. This signing marks an important breakthrough of the company's internationalization strategy in the North African region. This project is a national key power infrastructure project of Algeria, planning to build two "two-turbine-one-boiler" combined cycle units. Each unit is equipped with 2 GE 9F.04 gas turbine generators, 2 waste heat boilers, 1 steam turbine generator and 1 air-cooled condenser. Yongfu Company undertakes the design and management services for this project.
