4月20日,粤港澳大湾区首台“华龙一号”核电机组——中广核广东太平岭核电项目1号机组投产发电,正式具备商业运行条件,预计年发电量超90亿千瓦时,能够满足大湾区百万居民的年度生产生活用电需求。

On April 20th, the first "Hualong One" nuclear power unit in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area - Unit 1 of the China Guangdong Nuclear Power Project in Taipingling - was put into operation and began generating electricity. It has officially met the conditions for commercial operation and is expected to generate over 9 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, which can meet the annual electricity demands for the daily production and living of millions of people in the Greater Bay Area.


“项目1号机组此前已经完成全部性能试验和168小时满功率连续运行考核,目前各项参数正常稳定,机组状态良好。”中广核惠州核电有限公司董事长章国强介绍,1号机组建设工作全面吸收前期项目经验,完成26项重大设计改进、8300余项经验反馈。

"Project No. 1 unit has already completed all performance tests and 168-hour full-power continuous operation assessment. Currently, all parameters are normal and stable, and the unit is in good condition," said Zhang Guoqiang, the chairman of CGN Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. He added that the construction of Unit 1 fully absorbed the experience from previous projects, and completed 26 major design improvements and over 8,300 pieces of feedback on experience.


据悉,此次投产的1号机组以自主创新实现了多项关键技术突破。机组首次应用了中广核自主设计的HL-T67蒸汽发生器和SH-N非安全级DCS平台,主蒸汽隔离阀也实现国产化,关键设备全面自主化迈出坚实一步。

It is reported that the No. 1 unit put into production this time has achieved multiple key technological breakthroughs through independent innovation. The unit has for the first time adopted the HL-T67 steam generator and the SH-N non-safety level DCS platform independently designed by China General Nuclear Power Corporation. The main steam isolation valve has also been made domestically, and a solid step towards comprehensive self-reliance in key equipment has been taken.


同时,通过一回路注锌钝化技术为管道穿上“防腐衣”,有效抑制腐蚀、延长设备寿命;一二次侧解耦运行则使核电站一、二回路可单独启动,大幅提升检修效率。

Meanwhile, the zinc plating technology for one-loop injection is used to coat the pipelines with an "anti-corrosion coating", effectively preventing corrosion and extending the lifespan of the equipment; the decoupling operation of the primary and secondary circuits enables the primary and secondary loops of the nuclear power plant to be started independently, significantly improving the maintenance efficiency.


此外,项目还首次上线数字化移交3.0平台,以三维电厂模型为载体贯通设计、采购、施工、调试全链条,形成一体化数据资产,实现了实体电站与“数字电站”同步建成、一体移交,以科技创新赋能核电管理。

In addition, the project also launched the digital handover 3.0 platform for the first time. Using a three-dimensional power plant model as the carrier, it integrates the entire process of design, procurement, construction and commissioning, forming a unified data asset. This enables the physical power plant and the "digital power plant" to be completed simultaneously and transferred together, thereby leveraging technological innovation to empower nuclear power management.


另悉,太平岭核电项目规划建设6台“华龙一号”核电机组,分三期建设,目前整体建设工作正按计划稳步推进。6台机组全部建成后,预计年发电量将超过550亿千瓦时,每年可等效减少标煤消耗约1665万吨,减排二氧化碳约5082万吨。

It is also learned that the Taipingling Nuclear Power Project plans to build 6 units of the "Hualong One" nuclear power generators, in three phases. The overall construction work is currently progressing steadily according to the plan. Once all 6 units are completed, it is estimated that the annual power generation will exceed 55 billion kilowatt-hours, and it can effectively reduce about 16.65 million tons of standard coal consumption and approximately 50.82 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.


随着太平岭核电项目1号机组投产,中广核在运核电机组达29台,装机容量3304万千瓦,在建核电机组19台,装机容量2302万千瓦,其中17台采用“华龙一号”三代核电技术。

With the commissioning of Unit 1 of the Taipingling Nuclear Power Project, China General Nuclear Power Corporation now has 29 operating nuclear power units with a total installed capacity of 3304 million kilowatts. There are also 19 under construction with a total installed capacity of 2302 million kilowatts. Among them, 17 units adopt the third-generation nuclear power technology "Hualong One".
