3月11日，中国石油首个百万千瓦集中式并网发电项目——青海油田凯驰100万千瓦光伏电站迎来发展新节点，自投运以来累计发电量成功突破10亿千瓦时，成为高原油田绿色转型的又一重要里程碑，为世界海拔最高油气田的清洁能源发展再添新亮色。

On March 11th, China National Petroleum Corporation's first 10-megawatt centralized grid-connected power generation project - the Kaceri 10-megawatt photovoltaic power station in Qinghai Oilfield - reached a new development milestone. Since its commissioning, the cumulative power generation has successfully exceeded 1 billion kilowatt-hours, becoming another significant milestone in the green transformation of the high-salinity oilfield, and adding a new highlight to the clean energy development of the world's highest-altitude oilfield.

作为格尔木燃机电站重启及配套新能源项目的光伏部分，该电站是青海油田推动绿色转型的重点工程，装机容量100万千瓦，配套建有330千伏升压站及53.5千米送出线路，于2024年11月30日正式投运。

As part of the photovoltaic section of the Gergun Gas Turbine Power Station's restart and the accompanying new energy projects, this power station is a key project for the green transformation of Qinghai Oilfield. With an installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts, it is equipped with a 330-kilovolt substation and a 53.5-kilometer transmission line. It was officially put into operation on November 30, 2024.

项目建设阶段曾创下行业佳绩，此次累计发电量突破10亿千瓦时，更是该电站运维能力的突出体现。

During the project construction phase, it achieved remarkable results in the industry. This time, the cumulative power generation exceeded 1 billion kilowatt-hours, which is a clear demonstration of the operation and maintenance capabilities of this power station.

自投运以来，该电站已实现清洁能源替代30万吨标煤，减排二氧化碳79.8万吨。

Since its commissioning, this power station has achieved the substitution of 300,000 tons of coal with clean energy, and has reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 798,000 tons.

同时，电站积极开拓“绿证”交易市场，与集团内兄弟单位持续拓展绿证交易，建立“月度申领、动态核验、交易消核”的绿证管理流程，推动清洁能源从“基础消纳”向“增值创效”转变。

Meanwhile, the power station actively explores the "green certificate" trading market, continuously expands the green certificate trading with its sister units within the group, and establishes a green certificate management process of "monthly application, dynamic verification, and transaction cancellation", promoting the transformation of clean energy from "basic consumption" to "value-added efficiency creation".

截至目前，电站累计获取绿色电力证书超36万张，绿证交易成交超23万张，让高原绿电转化为实实在在的经济收益。

As of now, the power station has cumulatively obtained over 360,000 green power certificates, and the green certificate transactions have reached over 230,000. This has enabled the green electricity from the plateau to be converted into tangible economic benefits.
