国际油价再度突破每桶100美元

International oil prices have once again exceeded $100 per barrel.

由于美国和以色列袭击伊朗导致地缘紧张局势持续，国际原油期货价格15日晚开始新一周交易时再度突破每桶100美元关口。截至美东时间15日晚7时50分，纽约商品交易所4月交货的轻质原油期货价格最高升至每桶101.32美元；5月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格一度升至每桶106.17美元。

Due to the attacks by the United States and Israel on Iran, the geopolitical tensions have persisted. As a result, the international crude oil futures prices began a new trading week on the 15th and once again broke through the $100 per barrel mark. As of 7:50 PM Eastern Time on the 15th, the price of the April delivery light crude oil futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange reached a peak of $101.32 per barrel; the price of the May delivery London Brent crude oil futures once rose to $106.17 per barrel.

国际能源署15日发布新闻公报称，成员国紧急石油储备将很快投放市场，以缓解当前国际石油供应紧张局势。

The International Energy Agency released a press release on the 15th stating that the member countries' emergency oil reserves will soon be put on the market to alleviate the current international oil supply shortage situation.

公报说，各成员国已向国际能源署提交具体实施方案。根据安排，亚洲和大洋洲成员国将率先释放储备，美洲和欧洲成员国的石油库存则将从3月底起陆续投放市场。

The communique stated that all member countries have submitted specific implementation plans to the International Energy Agency. According to the arrangement, the member countries in Asia and Oceania will release their reserves first, while the member countries in the Americas and Europe will gradually put their oil stocks on the market starting from the end of March.

国际能源署此前发表声明称，32个成员国一致同意释放4亿桶战略石油储备。最新数据显示，其中2.717亿桶来自成员国政府储备，1.166亿桶来自行业储备，并有2360万桶来自其他渠道。计划释放的石油中，约72%为原油，28%为成品油。

The International Energy Agency previously issued a statement saying that all 32 member countries unanimously agreed to release 400 million barrels of strategic oil reserves. The latest data shows that 271.7 million barrels came from the government reserves of the member countries, 116.6 million barrels from industry reserves, and 23.6 million barrels from other sources. Among the planned released oil, approximately 72% is crude oil and 28% is refined oil.

The International Energy Agency pointed out that the global oil market is currently facing the most severe supply disruption in history. This emergency collective action is the largest of its kind to date and has provided an important buffer for the market. However, to truly restore the stability of trade flows, the key still lies in restoring normal shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Among these, improving the insurance mechanism and strengthening the safety protection of ships are the key factors in promoting the recovery of trade flows.
