中国石油网消息:3月9日,记者从大庆钻探西部钻井分公司获悉,该分公司905003钻井队承钻的庆玉201井于地下9624米处完钻,刷新了中国石油定向井施工最深纪录,成为亚洲第二深定向井。同时,完成9619.36—9624米定向段取芯作业,刷新了国内定向井最深取芯纪录。

China Oil News: On March 9th, a reporter from Daqing Drilling Western Drilling Branch Company learned that the 905003 drilling team of this branch company completed the drilling of the Qingyu 201 well at a depth of 9,624 meters underground, setting a new record for the deepest directional well construction in China Petroleum and becoming the second deepest directional well in Asia. At the same time, they completed the coring operation in the 9,619.36 - 9,624 meter directional section, setting a new record for the deepest coring depth in domestic directional wells.

  庆玉201井具有超深、超高温、超高压、高风险的特点,是我国乃至世界上罕见的复杂井型。大庆钻探与甲方单位联合组建“庆玉201井重点项目保障组”,从技术指导、生产组织、安全管理、提速提效等多个维度,提供全过程、全方位的支撑,保障钻井施工。

The Qingyu 201 well has the characteristics of extreme depth, extremely high temperature, extremely high pressure and high risks. It is a rare complex well type in China and even in the world. Daqing Drilling Company and the client unit jointly established the "Qingyu 201 Well Key Project Support Team", providing support in multiple dimensions such as technical guidance, production organization, safety management, and speed-up and efficiency improvement, to ensure the drilling construction.

技术团队超前研判风险,为每个井段“量身定制”施工方案,采用预弯曲钻具组合和大排量循环等技术,有效降低井下风险。

The technical team proactively identified potential risks and "tailored" construction plans for each well section. They employed pre-bent drilling tools and high-flow circulation techniques, effectively reducing the risks encountered during the drilling process.

凭借抗高温高压的定向仪器和精细的工艺控制,成功完成取芯任务,岩芯岩性清晰、结构完整,平均取芯收获率高达98%,为油气储层评价及后续勘探开发部署提供了关键实物样本与数据支撑。

Thanks to the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant directional instruments and precise process control, the core extraction task was successfully completed. The core samples have clear rock properties and intact structures, with an average core recovery rate of up to 98%. These provide crucial physical samples and data support for the eva luation of oil and gas reservoirs and the subsequent exploration and development planning.
