中国石油网消息:3月12日,长城钻探钻井二公司70369队承钻的泸205H17-3井四开施工稳步推进。作为这个公司将钻井泵由三缸泵升级为五缸泵后施工的第一口井,该井三开作业创下区块内最短钻井周期新纪录,比之前纪录缩短4.8天。

China Oil News: On March 12th, the fourth opening drilling operation of the Lu 205H17-3 well, which was contracted by the 70369 team of the Great Wall Drilling Company, was progressing smoothly. As this was the first well drilled after upgrading the drilling pump from a three-cylinder pump to a five-cylinder pump by the company, the third opening operation of this well set a new record for the shortest drilling cycle in the block, which was 4.8 days shorter than the previous record.

  钻井泵号称钻机的“心脏”,性能影响钻井施工的效率和成本。近年来,随着钻探工程向深地探索的脚步加快,钻机需要匹配更高压力、更大排量和更加平稳运行的动力。

The drilling pump is known as the "heart" of the drilling rig, and its performance directly affects the efficiency and cost of the drilling operation. In recent years, as the exploration of deep underground areas has accelerated, drilling rigs need to be equipped with higher pressure, larger displacement, and more stable power to ensure smooth operation.

  为保证设备升级的效率和效益最大化,长城钻探钻井二公司成立专项调研团队,深入了解各市场、各钻井队设备需求和设备特点,逐一进行详细的参数核算,目前已经为西北、陕西、西南地区12套设备“换心”。西南地区设备升级后,在同井型井位施工中,二开、三开钻井周期平均缩短6.71天,单井钻井时效提升达15.88%。

To ensure the efficiency and maximize the benefits of equipment upgrades, the Second Drilling Company of Great Wall Drilling has established a special research team to thoroughly understand the equipment demands and characteristics of each market and each drilling team. They have conducted detailed parameter calculations one by one. So far, 12 sets of equipment in the northwest, Shaanxi and southwest regions have been "replaced with new hearts". After the equipment upgrades in the southwest region, during the construction of the same well type well sites, the average drilling cycle for the second and third openings has been shortened by 6.71 days, and the single-well drilling efficiency has increased by 15.88%.

  本次70369队升级的难点在于五缸钻井泵高低压管线系统的重构与钻井泵电控系统的改造。设备就位后,公司安排技术骨干全程指导协同攻坚,高质量完成高压管线的改造,以满足高压泵施工要求。同时,结合该队电控房性能,将一台五缸泵接入钻机现有VFD房控制,实现电力系统高效整合。现场2台五缸泵组按期完成联动调试,为队伍顺利开钻赢得时间,实现了降本、安全、效率与空间利用的多维优化。

The key challenges in the upgrade of Team 70369 lie in the reconfiguration of the high and low pressure pipeline system for the five-cylinder drilling pump and the modification of the electric control system for the drilling pump. After the equipment was installed, the company assigned technical experts to provide full guidance and coordinate efforts to overcome the difficulties. They successfully completed the renovation of the high-pressure pipeline, meeting the requirements for high-pressure pump construction. At the same time, considering the performance of the control room in this team, one five-cylinder pump was connected to the existing VFD room for control of the drilling rig, achieving efficient integration of the power system. The two five-cylinder pump sets at the site were completed for joint debugging on schedule, providing time for the team to start drilling smoothly, and achieving multi-dimensional optimization of cost reduction, safety, efficiency and space utilization.
