全国：日前，国家能源局华北能源监管局组织对国家能源集团、中煤集团、开滦集团等开展了重点煤炭企业煤炭洗选情况监管工作。同时，深入国家能源集团韩家村和乌兰木伦选煤厂、中煤集团葫芦素和母杜柴登选煤厂、开滦集团范各庄矿和吕家坨矿选煤厂6家单位开展现场检查，通过查阅资料、现场问询等方式，重点围绕煤炭洗选能力建设、洗选产能增优汰劣、清洁高效生产水平、洗选废弃物减排增用等方面，全面核查相关工作情况。

陕西：据陕西省煤炭工业协会最新统计数据，截至8月底，全省煤炭产量53795.6万吨，同比增长3.8%。煤炭库存252.3万吨。8月份，全省生产煤炭6220.82万吨，其中：国有重点煤炭企业陕煤集团、陕投集团、神东在陕煤矿原煤产量3034.05万吨，占全省煤炭产量的48.7％。8月末全省煤炭综合售价752元/吨，环比上涨93元/吨，涨幅14.1%；同比上涨242元/吨，涨幅47.4%。

安徽：安徽省统计局公布的数据显示，8月份，安徽省规模以上工业原煤产量806.7万吨，增长1.3%，比上月增速回落0.1个百分点。1-8月，规模以上工业原煤产量6935.9万吨，同比下降0.3%。

Anhui: According to the data released by the Anhui Provincial Bureau of Statistics, in August, the output of raw coal by industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province was 8.067 million tons, increasing by 1.3%, with the growth rate dropping by 0.1 percentage point compared to the previous month. From January to August, the output of raw coal by industrial enterprises above designated size was 69.359 million tons, decreasing by 0.3% compared to the same period last year.

宁夏：据商务部市场运行监测系统显示，9月7日-13日，宁夏煤炭价格950元/吨，上涨6.7%，其中，无烟煤、炼焦煤分别上涨10.9%、4.8%，动力煤持平。

Hunan: According to the monitoring data on the provincial production materials circulation market by the Hunan Provincial Commerce Department, from September 7th to 13th, the average selling price of coal in Hunan Province was 1,316.25 yuan per ton, down by 0.8%. By type, the average selling price of anthracite was 1,687.5 yuan per ton, up by 8.2%; the average selling price of bituminous coal was 945 yuan per ton, down by 13.7%.

贵州：据贵州省商务厅监测，9月7日-11日，贵州省煤炭均价1000元/吨，环比下降4.8%。本周煤炭价格出现一定回落，主要受下游采购节奏放缓及市场供应相对充足影响。预计短期内煤炭价格将以弱势运行为主，需持续关注冬季储煤需求启动情况。

港口：继9月17日首列经山西中转、满载8400吨优质准东疆煤入曹专列顺利抵达国投曹妃甸港完成翻卸后，9月19日上午，国投曹妃甸港又迎来了新疆昌吉优质动力煤首列专列。此次专列的顺利接卸，标志着慕泰林集团“新疆产地—曹妃甸海港”铁水联运能源新通道成功贯通。

Port: After the first train, which transported 8,400 tons of high-quality Qiandongjiang coal from Shanxi for transshipment and arrived at Guotu Caohejian Port, completing unloading, successfully arrived on September 17th, on the morning of September 19th, Guotu Caohejian Port welcomed the first train of high-quality power coal from Xinjiang Changji. The successful unloading of this train marks the successful completion of the "New Energy Channel of Iron-Water Transport from Xinjiang Origin to Caohejian Port" by Maitelin Group.

近日，随着新疆准东—内蒙古包头、山西朔州—曹妃甸西站疆煤大列顺利抵港，疆煤经内蒙古、山西中转换装大列直达曹妃甸的运输模式实现常态化运行，标志着曹妃甸“疆煤入曹”业务再添新线路，进一步丰富运输路径，拓宽疆煤“出疆入海”物流大通道。

Recently, with the successful arrival of the large coal train from Xinjiang Quandong to Inner Mongolia Baotou and the coal train from Shanxi Shuozhou to Caofeidian West Station via Inner Mongolia and Shanxi completing the transfer and re-packaging, the transportation mode of large coal trains from Xinjiang to Caofeidian via Inner Mongolia and Shanxi has achieved regular operation. This marks that the "coal from Xinjiang to Caofeidian" business in Caofeidian has added a new route, further enriching the transportation routes and expanding the logistics channel for "coal leaving Xinjiang and entering the sea".

一列满载新疆哈密三塘湖石头梅矿区优质煤炭的专列，沿兰新铁路、陇海铁路、襄渝铁路穿越数省，缓缓驶入长江上游最大的内河枢纽港——重庆两江新区果园港。目前，新疆煤经果园港中转至“两湖两江”地区达50万吨规模。重庆港计划2026年推动煤炭中转量提升至670万吨。新的前置仓已在规划中，果园港还将同步推动无水港建设，延伸对新疆煤的辐射聚集能力。

Currently, the coal from Xinjiang, via Guoyuan Port, is transferred to the "Two Lakes and Two Rivers" region, reaching a scale of 500,000 tons. Chongqing Port plans to increase the coal transfer volume to 6.7 million tons by 2026. A new distribution center is under planning, and Guoyuan Port will also simultaneously promote the construction of a dry port to expand its radiation and aggregation capabilities for Xinjiang coal.

16日，在广西钦州市灵山县的平陆运河马道枢纽，随着首航船舶鸣响汽笛启航，备受瞩目的平陆运河建成通航。这是新中国成立以来第一条国家层面统筹建设的通江达海运河工程，开辟了西南地区江海直连通道，彻底改写了西南地区出海航运格局。

On the 16th, at the Maladao Hub of the Pinglu Canal in Lingshan County, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Province, as the first voyage vessel sounded its horn and set off, the Pinglu Canal was completed and opened to navigation. This is the first national-level canal project constructed under overall planning since the founding of the People's Republic of China. It has opened a direct waterway between the river and the sea for the southwestern region, completely changing the shipping pattern for exiting the sea in the southwestern region.
