中国石油网消息：9月23日下午，国务院新闻办公室在北京市集中式光伏项目暨荒滩治理示范基地举行“新征程上的奋斗者”中外记者见面会。吉林油田二氧化碳开发公司技术带头人张德平介绍了自己奋战在二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存（CCUS）技术科研攻关一线的工作情况。

China Oil News: On the afternoon of September 23rd, the State Council Information Office held a "Strivers on the New Journey" press conference for foreign journalists at the centralized photovoltaic project and barren land governance demonstration base in Beijing. Zhang Deping, the technical leader of the Carbon Dioxide Development Company of Jilin Oilfield, introduced the work situation of his team working on the scientific research and technological breakthroughs of carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) technology.

见面会在巨大光伏板排成的蓝色矩阵前进行，现场气氛热烈。“我手里拿的这张照片，就是我们CCUS国家示范工程的现场实景。”张德平对中外记者讲述自己的科研经历，“简单来讲，CCUS就是将二氧化碳捕集起来，封存到地下，并且把油‘挤’出来，实现变废为宝。”

The meeting was held in front of a large blue matrix formed by rows of photovoltaic panels, and the atmosphere was very lively. "The photo I'm holding here is the actual scene of our CCUS national demonstration project," Zhang Deping told Chinese and foreign journalists about his research experience. "In simple terms, CCUS means capturing carbon dioxide, sealing it underground, and extracting oil to turn waste into treasure."

在记者提问环节，张德平回忆起破解项目落地难题时的细节：在解决二氧化碳强腐蚀问题时，攻关屡屡受挫，经过反复试验、调整，才形成低成本的二氧化碳防腐技术。“技术不能只停留在展厅和论文里，要想实现真正落地，就得我们一批人持续扎根现场，把一个一个难题解决掉。”张德平说。

During the question-and-answer session, Zhang Deping recalled the details of how they overcame the challenges in implementing the project: When addressing the problem of strong corrosion of carbon dioxide, the research team encountered repeated setbacks. Through numerous experiments and adjustments, they eventually developed a low-cost carbon dioxide anti-corrosion technology. "Technology cannot just remain in exhibition halls and academic papers. To achieve true implementation, we need a group of people to stay on-site continuously and solve one problem after another," Zhang Deping said.

“支撑我们长期坚守扎根一线的，一方面是‘双碳’战略赋予我们的时代使命，另一方面是我们能源人的初心。我们一直致力于将这些核心技术牢牢掌握在自己手里，把这些关键技术难题给它啃下来。”张德平说。未来，他将继续奋斗在技术一线，为推进我国绿色低碳发展贡献力量。

20年来，张德平累计取得国家专利10项，出版专著8部，发表论文60余篇，获省部级科技奖项14项；牵头组建技术攻关团队，承担国家多项科技重大专项以及中国石油多项重点科研任务，其中，“CCUS全产业链创新技术”获评“‘零碳中国’十大创新技术”。有关项目技术成果支撑国内首个全产业链CCUS国家级示范工程落地，助力吉林油田从2008年至今累计埋存二氧化碳超过400万吨，成为我国践行“双碳”战略的标志性工程。

Over the past 20 years, Zhang Deping has accumulated 10 national patents, published 8 monographs, and published over 60 papers. He has also received 14 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards. He led the establishment of a technical research team and undertook several major national science and technology projects as well as a number of key research tasks for China National Petroleum Corporation. Among them, the "CCUS Full-Chain Innovation Technology" was recognized as one of the "Top 10 Innovative Technologies for 'Zero Carbon China'". The technical achievements of these projects have supported the implementation of the first national-level demonstration project for the full chain CCUS, helping Jilin Oilfield accumulate over 4 million tons of carbon dioxide storage since 2008, making it a landmark project in China's implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy.

本次见面会以“促进能源绿色转型与供应保障”为主题，张德平作为石油行业唯一代表，与来自国家电网、中国华能、中国华电、国家能源集团的4位能源领域一线工作者同台，共话能源保供与绿色发展故事。

This meeting was themed "Promoting Green Energy Transformation and Supply Security". Zhang Deping, as the sole representative from the petroleum industry, shared the stage with four front-line energy workers from State Grid, China Huadian, China Huayuan, and State Energy Group, discussing the stories of energy supply guarantee and green development.
