该项目海上风电场建设地点为儋州市洋浦国际集装箱枢纽港扩建工程防波堤坡脚海域，建设风机1台，规模1.45万千瓦；采用“自发自用，余电上网”模式，自发自用消纳比例不低于70%，余电上网电量比例不高于30%。

The construction site of this offshore wind farm project is in the sea area at the toe of the breakwater of the expansion project of Yalongpu International Container Hub Port in Danzhou City. One wind turbine will be built with a capacity of 1.45 megawatts. It adopts the "self-generation for self-use, with surplus power fed back to the grid" mode. The proportion of self-generated power for consumption is not less than 70%, and the proportion of surplus power fed back to the grid is not more than 30%.

9月20日，福建省发展和改革委员会批复平潭A区海上风电场项目220千伏送出工程。该项目由中国能建投建，起点为新建陆上集控中心，止于长乐井门500kV变电站，路径总长约44.75km，总投资约41730万元。

On September 20th, the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission approved the 220-kilovolt transmission project for the offshore wind farm in Pingtan Area A. This project was constructed by China Energy Investment Corporation, with its starting point being the newly-built onshore centralized control center and its end point being the 500-kilovolt Jimen Substation in Changle. The total route length is approximately 44.75 kilometers and the total investment is about 417.3 million yuan.

平潭A区项目是中国能建首个投建营一体化海上风电项目，场址中心离岸距离约20公里，规划装机容量464MW，计划安装29台16MW级风电机组，项目总投资65.9亿元。

项目位于广东省阳江市阳东区南鹏岛南面海域，由帆石一、帆石二两个百万千瓦级子项目组成，项目场址最远端距陆岸81公里，最大水深53米，是中广核布局近海深水风电的标志性工程。项目共布置131台风机，其中33台为18兆瓦超大型海上风机，为目前国内批量落地单机容量最大的海上风机机型。

The project is located in the sea area to the south of Nanpeng Island, Yangdong District, Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province. It consists of two 100-megawatt sub-projects, namely Fanshi One and Fanshi Two. The farthest end of the project site is 81 kilometers away from the land, with a maximum water depth of 53 meters. This is a landmark project of China Guangnong Nuclear Power in its layout of offshore deep-water wind power. The project is equipped with a total of 131 wind turbines, among which 33 are 18-megawatt ultra-large offshore wind turbines, which are the largest offshore wind turbine models with single-unit capacity that have been implemented in China on a large scale.

该项目位于阳江海陵岛南侧海域，总装机容量50万千瓦，共安装31台单机容量16.2兆瓦风电机组，水深46米至50米，场址中心离岸82公里、最远端达89公里，是我国首个规模化应用16.2兆瓦海上风电机组的项目。

This project is located in the southern sea area of Hailing Island, Yangjiang. The total installed capacity is 500,000 kilowatts. A total of 31 single-unit capacity wind turbines with 16.2 megawatts each have been installed. The water depth ranges from 46 meters to 50 meters. The center of the site is 82 kilometers offshore and the farthest point reaches 89 kilometers. It is the first project in China to scale up the application of 16.2 megawatt offshore wind turbines.
