From the index's performance, affected by the decline in international crude oil prices, seasonal factors, and extreme weather such as strong typhoons, the index continued to fall, but still maintained a significant year-on-year increase, indicating that the overall foundation of the commodity market operation is generally stable. In July, the energy price index fluctuated upward and reached 107.7 points, up 2.4% from the previous month and up 11.4% year-on-year. Among them, the price of coking coal was 1,964.1 yuan per ton, up 2.5% from the previous month; the price of coke was 1,816.6 yuan per ton, up 7.1% from the previous month.

海关总署8月7日公布的数据显示，2026年7月份，全国进口煤炭4272.8万吨，较去年同期的3560.9万吨增加711.9万吨，增长19.99%；较6月份的4277.9万吨减少5.1万吨，微降0.12%。2026年1-7月份，全国共进口煤炭26810.9万吨，同比增长4.3%。

陕西：据商务部重要生产资料市场监测系统显示，7月18日-24日，陕西省煤炭均价1183.3元/吨，环比上涨0.2%，同比上涨23.9%，其中，炼焦煤1275.0元/吨，环比下跌0.8%，同比上涨49.4%；动力煤785.0元/吨，环比上涨1.6%，同比上涨14.3%；无烟煤1490.0元/吨，环比上涨0.3%，同比上涨13.3%。

河南：据河南省商务厅监测，7月20日-26日，河南省煤炭均价为1010.3元/吨，较前一周上涨1.3%。其中，烟煤、无烟煤较前一周分别上涨2.3%、0.8%。

浙江：据浙江省重要生产资料市场监测系统监测，7月13日-19日，浙江省受监测样本企业动力煤价格为777.93元/吨，价格环比上涨0.2%。近期，全省气温偏高，空调制冷负荷集中释放，动力煤价格下降。后期，三伏天将持续推升居民用电需求，预计动力煤价格或将偏强震荡运行。

Zhejiang: According to the monitoring system of key production materials markets in Zhejiang Province, from July 13th to 19th, the price of thermal coal for monitoring sample enterprises in Zhejiang Province was 777.93 yuan per ton, with a price increase of 0.2% compared to the previous period. 甘肃：近日，甘肃省景泰县安家岭能源有限公司甘肃白岩子矿区郭家台一号煤矿新建项目获生态环境部批复。该项目是甘肃省重点焦煤资源开发项目，位于甘肃省白银市景泰县寺滩乡，井田面积为12.32平方公里，设计可采储量1.27亿吨，设计年产原煤180万吨，服务年限45.2年，总投资29.58亿元。

Gansu: Recently, the newly-built project of Guo Jiatai No.1 Coal Mine in the Baiyanzi mining area of Anjialing Energy Co., Ltd. in Jingtai County, Gansu Province, has been approved by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. This project is a key coking coal resource development project in Gansu Province. It is located in Sitaian Township, Jingtai County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province. The mining area covers an area of 12.32 square kilometers. The designed recoverable reserves are 127 million tons, the designed annual output of raw coal is 1.8 million tons, the service life is 45.2 years, and the total investment is 2.958 billion yuan.

新疆：近日，新疆维吾尔自治区发展和改革委员会透露，新疆今年计划实施重点项目523个，总投资3.1万亿元，年度计划完成投资4100亿元以上。从项目类别看，续建项目230个、新建项目129个、储备项目164个。其中，现代化产业项目283个，包括煤炭清洁高效利用、绿色矿业等。

8月4日，国家矿山安全监察局山西局发布《关于对山西忻州神达花沟煤业有限公司2025年“12·20”事故予以统计核销的公示》。2025年12月20日6时40分，山西忻州神达花沟煤业有限公司在治理“南帮1410水平运输道路安全挡墙高度不足”隐患过程中，一名司机死亡。经调查，认定花沟煤业“12·20”事故死亡1人原因为当事人赵巍自杀，属非生产安全事故，申请对花沟煤业“12·20”事故予以核销。

8月5日，满载3000余吨煤炭的24211次货运列车从中国铁路西安局集团有限公司中鸡站驶出，开往江苏杨屯站，随后经徐州港转由水路运输，最终抵达邳州港。这是首趟陕西开往江苏的铁水联运“一单制”煤炭专列，也是继“陕煤入赣”之后，西安铁路局开辟的第二条煤炭铁水联运“一单制”运输通道，进一步缓解陕西煤炭东出瓦日线的运输压力，探索出西北内陆货物快速通江达海运输新模式，为我国北煤南运再添高效快捷的物流新通道。

It further alleviated the transportation pressure of coal from Shaanxi eastward along the Waiyi Line, explored a new model for the rapid transportation of goods from the northwest inland to the Yangtze River and the sea, and provided another efficient and fast logistics channel for the northward coal transportation in China.
