7月31日，内蒙古乌兰察布市发改委核准三个风电项目，共计400MW。从业主来看，广东东阳光科技控股股份有限公司在本次获批风电项目中规模最大，为200MW；国家能源集团与三峡分别获批100MW。

On July 31st, the Development and Reform Commission of Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia, approved three wind power projects, totaling 400MW. From the perspective of the project owners, Guangdong Donggang Science and Technology Holding Co., Ltd. had the largest project among those approved, with a capacity of 200MW; State Energy Group and Three Gorges were each approved for 100MW.

7月29日，浙江省生态环境厅发布关于《瑞安2号海上风电项目环境影响报告书》的审查意见公告。

公告显示，瑞安2号海上风电项目风电场区水深约36～41m，中心离岸距离约71km。项目总装机容量600MW，计划安装30台单机容量为20MW的风力发电机组。项目建设单位为瑞安润洋新能源有限公司，该公司为金风科技旗下子公司。

The announcement indicates that the water depth of the wind farm area of the Rui'an No.2 Offshore Wind Power Project is approximately 36-41 meters, and the center is about 71 kilometers offshore. The total installed capacity of the project is 600MW, and it plans to install 30 wind turbine units with a capacity of 20MW each. The construction unit of the project is Rui'an Runyang New Energy Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Goldwind Technology.

公告显示，金风科技成功中标该项目，中标价格为40400万元，拟安装32台单机容量为6250kW的风力发电机组，轮毂高度为160m。

The announcement indicates that Goldwind Technology has successfully won the bid for this project. The winning bid price is 404 million yuan. It plans to install 32 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 6250 kW, with a hub height of 160 meters.

该项目是当前华能在江苏区域单体规模最大的海上风电项目，同时也是2025年江苏省海上风电竞配中单体容量最大的项目。项目规划装机容量550MW，拟布置50台11MW风电机组，同时该项目计划布置容量0.083MW漂浮式光伏、1座包围水体约为3万m³半潜式养殖网箱。

The center of the project site is about 34 kilometers offshore, and the water depth in the sea area ranges from 21 to 36 meters. 8月5日，福建省人民政府发布《关于连江外海海上风电场项目用海的批复》。项目场址中心西距北竿岛约18公里，水深约38-46米，规划装机容量700兆瓦，计划安装39台18兆瓦风电机组。

On August 5th, the Fujian Provincial People's Government issued the "Approval for the Use of Sea Area for the Lianjiang Outer Sea Offshore Wind Farm Project". The center of the project site is approximately 18 kilometers west of Beiguan Island. The water depth is about 38-46 meters. The planned installed capacity is 700 megawatts, and 39 18-megawatt wind turbines are to be installed.

项目单位为华润新能源（连江）有限公司，于2023年10月获得核准，总投资80.48亿元。2025年10月，福建省发改委同意项目核准文件有效期延长1年，延期原因是项目开工部分审批手续无法在原核准有效期内办齐等。

The project is owned by China Resources New Energy (Lianjiang) Co., Ltd. It was approved in October 2023 with a total investment of 8.048 billion yuan. In October 2025, the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission agreed to extend the validity period of the project approval document by one year. The reason for the extension was that some of the approval procedures for project commencement could not be completed within the original validity period of the approval.
