中国石油网消息：3月26日，从生产部门获悉，由昆仑物流承运的国内首批100吨-35号低凝柴油，经新疆喀什伊尔克什坦口岸安全运抵吉尔吉斯斯坦并完成交付。这标志着我国至吉尔吉斯斯坦的成品油出口新通道成功贯通。

China Oil News: On March 26th, it was learned from the production department that the first batch of 100 tons of -35 grade low pour point diesel, transported by Kunlun Logistics, safely arrived in Kyrgyzstan via the Yarkent Port in Kashgar, Xinjiang and was successfully delivered. This marks the successful establishment of a new oil export channel from China to Kyrgyzstan.

为确保此次任务安全高效，公司提前数月启动筹备，与乌鲁木齐石化公司、新疆西北中石油国际事业有限公司等单位建立协同保障机制，围绕“全流程闭环、一体化运行”目标，系统推进前期准备与过程管控。

To ensure the safety and efficiency of this mission, the company initiated preparations several months in advance. It established a collaborative guarantee mechanism with units such as Urumqi Petrochemical Company and Xinjiang Northwest China Petroleum International Business Co., Ltd., and systematically advanced the preparatory work and process control towards the goal of "full-process closed-loop and integrated operation".

在方案准备阶段，项目团队精准研判中亚市场用油需求和季节特点，先后多次到新疆伊尔克什坦口岸及跨境沿线开展实地踏勘，全面掌握路况、气候、通关条件和沿线补给能力，科学规划运输路线。

During the planning stage, the project team conducted a thorough analysis of the oil demand and seasonal characteristics in the Central Asia market. They visited the Yilkeshtan Port in Xinjiang and the border areas multiple times for on-site investigations, comprehensively grasping the road conditions, climate, customs clearance conditions and supply capabilities along the route, and scientifically planning the transportation routes.

针对-35号低凝柴油特性和跨境运输要求，细化装载规范、途中温控、质量跟踪等操作规范，并组织开展全流程通关模拟和突发事件应急演练，确保各环节衔接顺畅、响应及时。

In response to the characteristics of -35 grade low pour point diesel and the requirements for cross-border transportation, detailed operational norms such as loading procedures, temperature control during transportation, and quality tracking have been formulated. Simulations of the entire customs clearance process and emergency drills for unexpected situations have been organized to ensure smooth coordination and prompt response at all stages.

该任务的顺利完成，为我国成品油开拓中亚市场提供了可靠的跨境物流通道，深化了中吉两国在能源领域的互信与合作。
