近日，国内单体容量最大的高海拔山地风电场——东方电气若羌100万千瓦风电项目全面开工建设，建成后每年预计年发电量超20亿度，可减少二氧化碳排放约180万吨，将为新疆新型能源体系建设注入绿色动力。

Recently, the largest single-unit capacity high-altitude mountain wind power project in China - the Dongfang Electric Group Ru'gang 100-megawatt wind power project - has officially started construction. Once completed, it is expected to generate over 2 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1.8 million tons. This will provide green power for the construction of Xinjiang's new energy system.

东方电气若羌100万千瓦风电项目地处南疆荒漠地带，毗邻罗布泊、阿尔金山两大无人区，夏季酷热，冬季苦寒，常年伴随沙尘暴，平均海拔超4000米。

The 100-megawatt wind power project of Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd. in Yanchow is located in the desert area of southern Xinjiang. It is adjacent to the two uninhabited areas of Ruibo Bo and Altun Mountains. The summers are extremely hot while the winters are extremely cold. Sandstorms occur all year round and the average altitude exceeds 4,000 meters.

自项目启动以来，项目团队以打造“精品工程”为目标，组织工程、质量、技术等专家编制项目建设总体策划和项目管理制度，有序安排土建、电气、安装等工序，配套适合沙戈荒环境的风电机组。

Since the project was launched, the project team has aimed to build a "high-quality project", organizing experts in engineering, quality, and technology to formulate the overall planning for the project construction and the project management system. They have orderly arranged the construction processes such as civil engineering, electrical work, and installation, and equipped the wind turbines suitable for the environment of the sandy desert area.

面对高原缺氧、大风沙、强暴晒等考验，团队成员克服困难，前往超300个初选机位进行踏勘，夜间组织专家会商校核选址方案，确保所选机位最大限度吸纳优质风资源。

Facing challenges such as low oxygen levels, strong sandstorms and intense sunlight on the plateau, the team members overcame difficulties and went to more than 300 initial selection sites for on-site investigation. At night, they organized expert consultations to review and verify the site selection plan, ensuring that the selected sites could maximize the absorption of high-quality wind resources.

面对高海拔缺氧和艰巨的建设任务，项目团队充分发挥党建引领作用，积极开展创先争优活动，建立党员示范岗、划分党员责任区，为项目高标准、高质量推进提供坚强保障。
