6月26日电 国新办26日举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会。国家发展改革委党组成员、国家能源局局长王宏志在会上介绍，经国务院同意，《新型能源体系建设“十五五”规划》已于近日发布。《规划》总体目标是，到2030年初步建成清洁低碳安全高效的新型能源体系，有力支撑能源强国建设。

Wang Hongzhi, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Director of the National Energy Administration, introduced at the conference that with the approval of the State Council, the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of New Energy Systems" has been released recently. The overall goal of the "Plan" is to initially establish a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient new energy system by 2030, effectively supporting the construction of an energy power country.

王宏志表示，经过未来五年发展，我国能源体系将呈现四个特征：

Wang Hongzhi stated that, through development over the next five years, China's energy system will exhibit four characteristics:

一是安全韧性更足，能源综合生产能力将达到58亿吨标准煤，自主保障能力稳中有升，能源进口更加多元可控。

First, the resilience in terms of security will be stronger. The comprehensive energy production capacity will reach 5.8 billion tons of standard coal. The self-protection capability will steadily increase, and energy imports will become more diversified and controllable.

二是能源结构更优，目前，我国电力装机规模已经突破40亿千瓦，预计2030年将达到54亿千瓦，其中，新能源装机比重超过50%、成为电力装机主体，非化石能源发电量比重达到50%、成为电量主体，煤炭和石油消费达峰。

Second, the energy structure has become more optimized. Currently, China's power generation capacity has exceeded 4 billion kilowatts. It is expected to reach 5.4 billion kilowatts by 2030. Among this, the proportion of new energy in the power generation capacity will exceed 50%, becoming the main component of the power generation capacity. The proportion of non-fossil energy in electricity generation will reach 50%, becoming the main component of electricity. The consumption of coal and oil will peak.

三是系统形态更新，加快构建坚强韧性、绿色低碳、集成融合、智能高效的新型能源基础设施体系，初步建成新型电力系统。

四是创新活力更强，产业链现代化水平显著提升，迈入世界能源科技创新国家前列；适应新型能源体系的市场和价格机制更加健全，基本建成全国统一电力市场。

Fourth, there is greater innovation vitality, and the modernization level of the industrial chain has significantly improved, ranking among the world's leading countries in energy technology innovation; the market and price mechanisms adapted to the new energy system have become more complete, and a unified national power market has been basically established.
