根据《浙江省扩大有效投资“千项万亿”工程2026年第一批重大建设项目实施计划项目表》，风电类项目共10个，包括8个海上风电项目（总装机容量达3480MW）、1个全省风电项目打包以及1个深远海风电母港工程。具体如下：

According to the 《First Batch of Major Construction Projects Implementation Plan for the 'Thousand Projects and Trillion Yuan' Project of Expanding Effective Investment in Zhejiang Province in 2026》, there are a total of 10 wind power projects, including 8 offshore wind power projects (with a total installed capacity of 3480 MW), 1 packaged wind power project across the province, and 1 deep-sea wind power mother port project. Specifically as follows:

玉环2号海上风电项目：项目业主为中国华能，风电场位于浙江台州市玉环市海域，总装机容量508MW，拟安装6台单机容量18MW风电机组和25台单机容量16MW风电机组。

Yuhuan 2nd Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is China Huadian. The wind farm is located in the sea area of Yuhuan City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total installed capacity is 508MW. It is planned to install 6 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 18MW and 25 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 16MW.

大唐临海1号海上风电项目：项目业主为中国大唐集团，场址位于浙江省台州市临海市海域，总装机容量500MW，规划建设36台14MW单机容量风力发电机组。

Dangtang Linhai No.1 Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is China Datang Group. The site is located in the sea area of Linhai City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total installed capacity is 500MW, and 36 14MW single-unit capacity wind turbines are planned to be built.

温岭1号海上风电建设项目：项目业主为上海电气，风电场位于浙江省台州市温岭市东部海域，装机规模504MW，拟安装36台14MW风电机组。

Wenling 1st Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is Shanghai Electric. The wind farm is located in the eastern sea area of Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. The installed capacity is 504MW, and 36 14MW wind turbines are planned to be installed.

温岭2号海上风电建设项目：项目业主为上海电气，风电场位于浙江省台州市温岭市东部海域，装机规模504MW，拟安装36台14MW风电机组。

Wenling No.2 Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is Shanghai Electric. The wind farm is located in the eastern sea area of Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. The installed capacity is 504MW, and 36 14MW wind turbines are planned to be installed.

舟山市普陀2#海上风电场项目：项目业主为浙江能源集团，风电场位于舟山市普陀区六横岛东南侧海域，装机规模408MW，拟安装34台12MW风电机组。

Zhoushan Putuo 2# Offshore Wind Farm Project: The project owner is Zhejiang Energy Group. The wind farm is located in the sea area southeast of Liuxiang Island in Putuo District, Zhoushan City. The installed capacity is 408MW and 34 12MW wind turbines are planned to be installed.

嵊泗1#海上风电项目：项目业主为中广核，风电场位于嵊泗县滩浒山岛西南部海域，装机规模396MW，拟安装29台风力发电机组（24台14MW及5台12MW）。

Shengsi 1# Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is China General Nuclear Power Corporation. The wind farm is located in the southern sea area of Tanhuoshan Island in Shengsi County, with an installed capacity of 396 MW. It is planned to install 29 wind turbines (24 of 14 MW and 5 of 12 MW).

嵊泗3#、4#海上风电项目：项目业主为中国能建，风电场位于浙江省舟山市嵊泗县杭州湾王盘洋海域，总装机408MW，拟安装28台9MW以及13台12MW风电机组。

Shengsi 3# and 4# Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is China Energy Engineering Group. The wind farm is located in Wangpanyang Sea area of Hangzhou Bay, Shengsi County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The total installed capacity is 408MW, and it is planned to install 28 9MW wind turbines and 13 12MW wind turbines.

嵊泗7＃海上风电项目：项目业主为中广核，风电场位于浙江省舟山市嵊泗县小洋山岛北部海域，规划装机容量252MW，拟安装18台14MW风电机组。

Shengsi No. 7 Offshore Wind Power Project: The project owner is China General Nuclear Power Corporation. The wind farm is located in the northern sea area of Xiaoyangshan Island, Shengsi County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The planned installed capacity is 252MW, and 18 14MW wind turbines are to be installed.
