This is the first "green electricity direct connection" project approved by China Petroleum, marking a milestone step for the Tarim Oilfield in the integration of new energy and traditional oil and gas industries. 该项目坐落于新疆阿克苏地区沙雅县以南的塔克拉玛干沙漠,是集“源网荷储”于一体的综合性绿色能源项目。项目落成后,将实现新能源发电与油气生产的精准对接,相当于为用能企业铺设了绿色专线,不仅提升了绿电来源的透明度与可追溯性,使产品碳足迹核算更为精准可信,而且促进了新能源的就地消纳,有效减轻了电网输电压力,让绿色光伏资源真正“发得出、用得掉”。 This project is located in the Taklimakan Desert, south of Shaya County in the Aksu Prefecture of Xinjiang. It is a comprehensive green energy project integrating "source, grid, load and storage". This not only enhances the transparency and traceability of green electricity sources, making the carbon footprint accounting of products more accurate and reliable, but also promotes the local consumption of new energy, effectively reducing the transmission pressure on the power grid, and truly enabling the "generation and utilization" of green photovoltaic resources. 根据方案,“绿电直连”项目将建设一座总装机规模10万千瓦的光伏电站,作为绿色电力的源头。为保证稳定供电、降低弃光率,将新增一座20兆瓦/80兆瓦时的储能电站,发挥“超级充电宝”作用,有效平抑光伏波动,保障负荷连续供电。规划建设2.5公里直连输电线路与110千伏变电站,连接电源和用电企业。这些绿色电能将通过专用线路“直达”用户。 According to the plan, the "Green Electricity Direct Connection" project will build a photovoltaic power station with a total installed capacity of 100,000 kilowatts, serving as the source of green electricity. To ensure stable power supply and reduce the rate of power waste, a new 20-megawatt/80-megawatt-hour energy storage station will be added, functioning as a "super battery", effectively smoothing out the fluctuations of photovoltaic power and guaranteeing continuous power supply for the load. A 2.5-kilometer direct transmission line and a 110-kilovolt substation will be planned for construction to connect the power source and the power-consuming enterprises. These green electricity sources will be "directly delivered" to the users through dedicated lines. “绿电直连”项目的获批,将构建形成“油气生产+绿电供应”的闭环体系,实现新能源生产与绿色用能的深度融合,极大地推动新能源规模化发展,降低能源生产企业用能成本,为传统油气企业绿电直连项目建设提供可复制、可推广的经验。 The approval of the "Green Electricity Direct Connection" project will establish a closed-loop system of "oil and gas production + green electricity supply", achieving a deep integration of new energy production and green energy consumption. Based on the calculation that the 100,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power station in this project has a maximum annual power generation capacity of 157 million kilowatt-hours, it can promote the proportion of green electricity application in the energy-consuming enterprise Fu Man Oilfield to reach 35.7%, equivalent to replacing approximately 47,300 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 122,900 tons.
