3月5日,上海电建监理公司参建的华能玉环四期扩建项目6号机组第一根锅炉钢架顺利吊装就位,标志着世界首台650℃百万千瓦级高效超超临界燃煤机组正式进入锅炉安装核心阶段。

On March 5th, the first boiler steel frame of Unit 6 of the Huaneng Yuhuan Phase IV Expansion Project, which was constructed by Shanghai Electric Construction Supervision Company, was successfully lifted and positioned. This marks that the world's first 650℃, 100,000-kilowatt ultra-high and super-high pressure coal-fired power unit has officially entered the core stage of boiler installation.


该项目位于浙江省台州市玉环市下青塘,作为国家重大科技攻关项目,承担着推动我国煤电产业向高效、清洁、低碳转型的重要使命。

This project is located in Xiaoyingtang, Yuhuan City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. As a major national scientific research project, it bears the significant responsibility of promoting the transformation of China's coal power industry towards efficiency, cleanliness and low-carbon.


该项目所涉机组为世界首台650℃百万千瓦级高效超超临界燃煤机组,其锅炉采用露天布置、全钢构架、全悬吊结构及塔式直流炉设计,额定蒸汽参数达35MPa/650℃/650℃,既是安装工艺的重大突破,也是高端合金新材料应用的前沿实践。

The units involved in this project are the world's first 650°C 100,000-kilowatt efficient ultra-supercritical coal-fired units. The boiler adopts an open layout, a full steel structure, a fully suspended design and a tower-type direct-fired furnace. The rated steam parameters reach 35 MPa/650°C/650°C. This is not only a major breakthrough in the installation process but also a pioneering practice of the application of high-end alloy new materials.


此次锅炉钢架首吊作为机组核心安装环节的关键开端,其精准度与安全性直接决定后续工程质量,更是对我国高端煤电工程建设实力的实战检验。

This initial hoisting of the boiler steel frame marks the crucial beginning of the core installation process for the unit. The accuracy and safety of this operation directly determine the subsequent project quality, and it is also a practical test of China's capabilities in the construction of high-end coal-fired power plants.


精准吊装的实现,离不开严谨细致的专业把控。本次吊装的钢架立柱(G4L6-1)净重38.30吨、高11.15米,属于大型构件高空吊装作业,对施工精度和安全管控要求极高。为确保吊装安全有序,项目监理部提前介入、严格把关,全面审查施工专项方案,重点对400吨履带吊工况配置、吊装地基承载力、钢丝绳安全系数、锅炉基础质量、地脚螺栓精度及吊点设置等关键环节反复复核、逐项确认,全方位排查施工隐患,为钢架精准吊装筑牢技术根基,也为后续安全作业提供了有力保障。

The successful implementation of precise hoisting is inseparable from meticulous and rigorous professional control. The steel frame column (G4L6-1) to be hoisted this time weighs 38.30 tons and is 11.15 meters high. It is a large component hoisting operation at a high altitude, with extremely high requirements for construction accuracy and safety control. To ensure the safety and orderly progress of the hoisting, the project supervision department intervened in advance and strictly controlled the process, comprehensively reviewing the construction special plan, focusing on rechecking and confirming key links such as the configuration of the 400-ton crawler crane working conditions, the bearing capacity of the hoisting foundation, the safety factor of the steel wire rope, the quality of the boiler foundation, the accuracy of the anchor bolts, and the setting of the lifting points. They conducted a comprehensive investigation of construction risks and laid a technical foundation for precise hoisting of the steel frame, providing a strong guarantee for subsequent safe operations.


精准吊装的背后,离不开全方位的安全管控。大型构件高空吊装风险高、难度大,安全管控始终是施工重中之重。为此,项目总监理工程师汪峻凯亲自带队组建专项监督小组,梳理标准化检查清单,吊装前全面核查安全技术交底落实情况、特种作业人员资质、吊索具状态、吊装区域清理及警戒设置等,确保吊装条件全部达标。吊装指令下达后,监理人员全程坚守现场,紧盯构件起升、平移、落钩全过程,实时监测现场风速、精准把控吊装节奏,确保钢架平稳精准就位。随着地脚螺栓高强螺母终拧完成,首根立柱稳稳矗立,现场安全态势全程可控,吊装作业圆满完成。

Behind the precise hoisting operation, comprehensive safety management is indispensable. Hoisting large components at heights is inherently risky and challenging, and safety management has always been the top priority in construction. Therefore, project chief supervising engineer Wang Junkai personally led a special supervision team to establish a standardized inspection checklist. Before the hoisting operation, they thoroughly checked the implementation of safety technical briefings, the qualifications of special operation personnel, the condition of lifting equipment, the clearance of the hoisting area and the setting of warning signs, etc., to ensure that all hoisting conditions were fully met. After the hoisting instructions were issued, the supervisory personnel remained on-site throughout the process, closely monitoring the lifting, translation, and lowering of the components, real-time monitoring the wind speed on site, precisely controlling the hoisting rhythm, and ensuring that the steel frame was smoothly and precisely positioned. With the final tightening of the high-strength nuts of the anchor bolts, the first column stood firmly, and the safety situation on site was fully controllable throughout the process. The hoisting operation was successfully completed.
