1月25日，中国石油独山子石化公司宣布，2025年公司共生产POE（高性能聚烯烃弹性体）5.8万吨。

On January 25th, China Petroleum's Dushanzi Petrochemical Company announced that in 2025, the company would produce 58,000 tons of POE (High Performance Polyolefin Elastomer).

POE是高性能聚烯烃弹性体，兼具塑料的可加工性与橡胶的高弹性，被誉为“工业黄金”，广泛应用于光伏组件、汽车轻量化部件、高端包装等领域。其中，在高端国产光伏组件中，由POE制造的光伏胶膜是不可或缺的核心封装材料。然而，由于生产技术壁垒高、工艺控制严苛等难点，我国POE长期依赖进口，产品价格居高不下。

POE is a high-performance polyolefin elastomer that combines the processability of plastics with the high elasticity of rubber. It is hailed as "industrial gold" and is widely used in photovoltaic modules, automotive lightweight components, high-end packaging, and other fields. Among them, in high-end domestic photovoltaic modules, the photovoltaic adhesive film made of POE is an indispensable core encapsulation material. However, due to high production technology barriers and strict process control, China has long relied on imports for POE, resulting in high product prices.

据了解，截至2025年前三季度，我国POE进口依存度仍在95%左右，加快推进产品国产化替代迫在眉睫。

It is understood that as of the first three quarters of 2025, China's dependence on imported POE remained around 95%. It is extremely urgent to accelerate the process of replacing imported products with domestically produced ones.

After testing, the core indicators of its main brand UL0588 - the light transmittance rate - have reached the international advanced level, and the quality stability ranks among the top in domestic POE products. The photovoltaic adhesive film made from this product demonstrates superior weather resistance, stronger water vapor barrier performance, and longer lifespan.
