7月14日，从省国资委获悉：陕煤集团上半年煤炭产量1.3亿吨，跃居国内行业排名第四位;实现营收1590.8亿元，利润212.9亿元，同比增长19.1%，生产经营呈现稳中向好、进中提质的良好态势，为全省工业稳增长作出了积极贡献。

On July 14th, a reporter from the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission learned that Shaanxi Coal Industry Group achieved a coal production of 130 million tons in the first half of the year, ranking fourth in the domestic industry; it realized a revenue of 159.08 billion yuan and a profit of 21.29 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 19.1%. Its production and operation presented a stable and improving, and quality-enhancing trend, making positive contributions to the stable growth of the province's industrial sector.

陕煤集团上半年煤炭、化工、电力等板块产能高效释放。煤炭板块持续发挥陕北千万吨级矿井群产能优势，加快推动彬长、关中矿井达产达效，煤炭产量稳步提升;化工板块推动正向边际贡献产品满负荷、长周期稳定生产，化工产品产量达878万吨;甲醇、尿素、乙二醇、聚烯烃等优势产品产能利用率均超100%;电力板块锚定新型电力系统建设，强化发电侧、网侧和需求侧协同发力，发电量282亿千瓦时，同比增长3.3%，跨省外送电量18.2亿千瓦时，首次实现跨电网经营区域送电。

In the first half of the year, the Shaanxi Coal Industry Group efficiently released the production capacity of its coal, chemical, and power sectors. The coal sector continued to leverage the production capacity advantage of the tens-of-millions-ton coal mine cluster in northern Shaanxi, accelerating the achievement of full production and efficiency for the Binzhao and Guanzhong mines, and steadily increasing coal output; the chemical sector promoted full-load and long-term stable production of positive marginal contribution products, with chemical product output reaching 8.78 million tons; the utilization rates of advantageous products such as methanol, urea, ethylene glycol, and polyolefins all exceeded 100%; the power sector focused on the construction of the new power system, strengthening the coordinated efforts of the power generation side, the grid side, and the demand side, generating 28.2 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity, an increase of 3.3% year-on-year, and delivering 1.82 billion kilowatt-hours of cross-provincial power transmission, achieving the first time of power transmission across power grid operating regions.

“集团积极推动资源向重大项目集中，推动传统产业转型升级、优势产业做强做大、新兴产业培育壮大。全集团战略性新兴产业投资占比达52.5%，150项招标项目较概算节余3.3亿元，53个中标项目较控制价节支3.7亿元。”陕煤集团相关负责人介绍，集团重点项目稳步推进，榆林化学利润同比增长44.8%;集团规模最大的新型能源彬州CCUS一体化项目建成运行、旬邑200MW风电项目全容量并网，陕煤石电扩能改造实现“双机双投”;黄陵店头电厂二期项目1号机组点火一次成功，合川电厂扩建、芮城风电项目提前3个月开工建设，新疆岔哈泉二号煤矿项目矿区总体规划取得批复并完成赋码，重大项目成为集团扩大投资、增量发展的重要支撑。

The strategic emerging industries investment of the entire group accounts for 52.5%. 150 bidding projects have saved 330 million yuan compared to the budget, and 53 winning projects have saved 370 million yuan compared to the control price. The relevant person in charge of Shaanxi Coal Group introduced that the group's key projects are advancing steadily. The profit of Yulin Chemical has increased by 44.8% year-on-year; the largest new energy project in the group, Binzhou CCUS integrated project, has been completed and put into operation; Shenzhou 200MW wind power project in Xunyi has been fully connected to the grid; Shaanxi Coal Power's expansion and renovation project has achieved "dual units and dual launches"; the No. 1 unit of Huangling Diantou Power Plant was ignited successfully for the first time; the expansion of Hecun Power Plant and Rucheng Wind Power Project were started 3 months ahead of schedule; the overall planning of the Yancha Harkuan No. 2 Coal Mine project area has been approved and the code has been completed; major projects have become an important support for the group to expand investment and achieve incremental development.
