At the Heidegou Open-Pit Coal Mine of Guoneng-Qianeng Group, 300-ton unmanned mining trucks are using an intelligent system to complete loading, transportation and unloading, operating 24 hours without interruption.

走进黑岱沟露天煤矿智能化建设管理中心的指挥中心调度室，工作人员轻点鼠标，便可精准调度采区无人驾驶矿车，调整参数与运行路线。当前，黑岱沟露天煤矿已完成79台矿卡无人驾驶及129台辅助协同设备智能化改造，无人驾驶常态化运行卡车24台。

Entering the command center and dispatch room of the intelligent construction management center of Haidegou Open-pit Coal Mine, the staff can precisely dispatch unmanned mining vehicles in the mining area by simply clicking the mouse, adjust parameters and the running routes. Currently, Haidegou Open-pit Coal Mine has completed the intelligent transformation of 79 mining trucks without human control and 129 auxiliary collaborative devices. There are 24 trucks in normal operation without human control.

“300吨级无人驾驶矿卡个头堪比一栋小楼，人工驾驶存在很多视野盲区，无人驾驶矿卡能够更好规避安全风险。”准能集团黑岱沟露天煤矿智能化建设管理中心工作人员刘浩田说。

"The 300-ton unmanned mining trucks are as large as a small building. Manual driving has many blind spots, while unmanned mining trucks can better avoid safety risks," said Liu Haotian, a staff member from the Intelligent Construction Management Center of Heidai Gou Open-pit Coal Mine of Quaneng Group.

开采过程不仅智能，更绿色。准能集团生态环境保护部副主任王瑜介绍，黑岱沟露天煤矿开采过程中同步配套洒水抑尘、抑尘剂喷淋、封闭胶带输送等清洁工艺，从采掘到转运全程控污，让低灰低硫的优质动力煤干净出山。

Wang Yu, deputy director of the Environmental Protection Department of Quaneng Group, explained that during the mining process of the Haidegou Open-pit Coal Mine, various clean technologies such as water spraying for dust suppression, dust suppressant spraying, and closed belt conveyance were implemented simultaneously. From mining to transportation, all pollution control measures were strictly implemented throughout the process, allowing high-quality, low-sulfur and low-silica coal to be smoothly extracted from the mountains.

包神铁路集团朱盖塔车站是我国西煤东运的重要枢纽，钢轨纵横交错，万吨重载运煤列车往来穿梭，平均每4分钟就有一列车从这里出发或返回。

The Zhuigeta Station of Baoshen Railway Group is an important hub for the transportation of coal from the west to the east of China. The steel tracks are crisscrossed, and thousands-ton heavy coal-carrying trains pass through here frequently. On average, one train departs or returns from here every 4 minutes.

“这里还是多所能量互联互通的‘网—源—储—车’协同供能系统示范工程的主要试验场和实践地。”包神铁路协同供能项目组工程师薛蛟说，包神铁路集团“网—源—储—车”协同供能示范项目投运后，预计每年可提供740万度绿电，节约标准煤约2200吨，减少二氧化碳排放量约5800吨，形成新能源消纳新模式。

"This place is also the main testing ground and practice site for many 'network-source-storage-vehicle' integrated energy supply systems that are interconnected in terms of energy." said Xue Jiao, an engineer from the Baoshen Railway Integrated Energy Supply Project Team. After the Baoshen Railway Group's "network-source-storage-vehicle" integrated energy supply demonstration project was put into operation, it is expected to provide 7.4 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually, save approximately 2,200 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 5,800 tons, and form a new model for the consumption of new energy.

国家能源集团鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司厂区内，矗立着两台约60米高的煤液化反应器，上游的粉煤制剂单元、煤制氢单元，下游的油品加工单元、油品罐区等单元相连，高低错落有致，构成百万吨级煤直接液化装置生产线。

Inside the factory of the National Energy Group's Ordos Coal-to-Oil Company, there stand two coal liquefaction reactors approximately 60 meters tall. The upstream pulverized coal preparation unit, coal gasification unit, and downstream oil processing unit and oil storage area are all connected, forming a 1 million-ton direct coal liquefaction production line with a harmonious and staggered layout.

"Under the influence of hydrogen supply solvents, through high-temperature, high-pressure liquefaction reactions and quality improvement processing, high-quality clean oil products are produced," said Du Haisheng, a professional engineer in technical renovation of the Planning and Development Department of the Ordos Coal-to-Oil Branch Company. The oil products have the potential to be rare special oil products in the high-end field and have a promising application prospect.

据了解，项目生产的煤基航天煤油已通过相关试验证明可以作为航空航天领域的特种油品，并先后助力天龙二号、长征十二号火箭发射。

It is known that the coal-based aerospace kerosene produced by this project has been proven through relevant tests to be suitable as special oil products for the aerospace field. It has successively supported the launches of the Tianlong-2 and Changzheng-12 rockets.

《新型能源体系建设“十五五”规划》提出，加强煤炭清洁高效利用，推进富油煤分质利用，鼓励发展煤基特种燃料、煤基新材料等创新产品。

The "15-19 Five-Year Plan for the Construction of New Energy Systems" states that efforts should be made to enhance the clean and efficient utilization of coal, promote the quality-based utilization of rich-oil coal, and encourage the development of innovative products such as coal-based special fuels and coal-based new materials.

“全球化石能源利用正在逐步由燃料向原料转变。”国家能源局副局长万劲松说，近年来，我国不断加强煤炭清洁高效利用，提高煤炭作为化工原料的综合利用效能，促进煤化工产业高端化、多元化、低碳化发展，加快煤炭产业转型升级。

在神东煤炭哈拉沟生态示范基地，6万亩采煤沉陷区如今已被层层绿意覆盖。基地将沉陷土地、矿井水、煤矸石等开采废弃物转化为生态资源，同步开展防风固沙、土地复垦、沙棘经济林建设，兼顾生态修复与产业发展。

At the Halaqiu Ecological Demonstration Base of Shendong Coal, the 60,000 mu of coal mining subsidence areas have now been fully covered with lush greenery. The base has transformed the mining waste such as subsidence land, mine water, and coal gangue into ecological resources. At the same time, it has carried out wind prevention and sand fixation, land reclamation, and the construction of sand thorn economic forests, taking into account both ecological restoration and industrial development.

“经过40多年治理，累计治理面积达到581平方公里，其中沉陷区治理面积542平方公里，治理率100%，水土流失治理度达96%，植被覆盖度由过去的3%提升到64%以上。”国家能源集团神东煤炭集团工程项目管理公司副经理李强说。

Among them, the area for subsidence zone governance is 542 square kilometers, with a governance rate of 100%, and the degree of soil erosion control has reached 96%. 在统筹采煤生产与生态修复中，矿区百姓吃上了“生态饭”。当地通过种植养护和生态旅游等，带动矿区农民致富。“地企联合成立矿区生态发展公司，种植牧草和观赏花卉，开发饲料及小杂粮种植基地，建设采摘日光温室、野营观光蒙古包等。”王瑜说。
