据自治区自然资源厅消息，近日，内蒙古君正化工有限责任公司以13.8027亿元竞得阿拉善左旗黑山煤炭矿区新西井井田勘查探矿权，实现自治区焦煤资源探矿权市场化配置新突破。

According to the news from the Autonomous Region's Natural Resources Department, recently, Inner Mongolia Junzheng Chemical Co., Ltd. won the exploration and mining rights for the new well field in the Haishan coal mining area of Alashan Left Banner with an amount of 1.38027 billion yuan, achieving a new breakthrough in the market-oriented allocation of coal resources exploration rights in the autonomous region.

这标志着，内蒙古首宗焦煤资源探矿权成功实现市场化出让。
