Domestic buyers have high inventories due to concentrated purchasing in the early stage. Their willingness to purchase new imported coal is low. Moreover, in some domestic regions affected by typhoons, heavy rainfall has led to weak electricity demand, causing the coal consumption pace of power plants to further slow down.

煤炭江湖了解到，昨日某电厂新一期招标开标，收到3800卡最低投标价降至CFR539元/吨，最高为CFR580元/吨。终端拿货谨慎，即使投标价近期连续下调，实际成交也并未放大，比如本周某电厂招标最终有将近一半电厂流标，其余仅按最低投标价少量拿货。

Coal Industry Network has learned that yesterday, during the bidding process of a certain power plant's new round of tenders, the lowest bid price of 3800 kcal was reduced to CFR 539 yuan/ton, while the highest was CFR 580 yuan/ton.
