今年上半年,吉林油田原油、天然气、新能源三线并进、协同作战,交上了一份来之不易的“期中答卷”,开创了量合理增长、质有效提升的“双赢”局面。


松花江畔热潮涌,千里矿区战犹酣。今年年初以来,面对老油田稳产难度加大等现实挑战,吉林油田结合自身生产经营实际,坚持把科技创新作为第一驱动力,把数字化智能化转型作为核心抓手,把绿色低碳可持续发展作为必由之路,统筹构建勘探开发、地震地质、地质工程、科研生产、技术经济“五个一体化”模式,推进“战略目标、年度目标、岗位任务”三级贯通、层层对齐,积极推动老油田低碳转型,奏响高质量发展新乐章。


聚焦核心技术攻坚 靶向破解油气生产痛点难点


上半年,吉林油田围绕既定生产目标,立足老区稳产增效的核心需求,靶向攻关勘探、开发、工程等全链条关键技术,加大技术推广应用力度,不断为老油田稳产上产筑牢根基。

In the first half of the year, Jilin Oilfield focused on the set production targets, based on the core demand of maintaining stable production and achieving efficiency improvement in the old oilfields. It targeted and tackled key technologies throughout the entire chain, including exploration, development, and engineering, and intensified the promotion and application of technologies. This was done to continuously lay a solid foundation for maintaining and increasing production in the old oilfields.


精耕勘探核心技术,夯实资源接续根基。面对探明程度高、优质后备资源不足等被动局面,吉林油田坚持高效勘探与效益建产并重,持续深化老区油藏精细刻画,完善低渗透、薄差储层识别体系,向“边角余料”要储量。在原油勘探上,持续开展甜点刻画与储层评价技术攻关,形成了“多属性融合预测+地质一体化评价”技术体系。在天然气勘探上,加大基础研究力度,实施多层系立体勘探,进一步降低勘探风险。

Strengthen core technologies of exploration and drilling, and lay a solid foundation for resource continuity. In the face of a passive situation such as high exploration completion rate and insufficient high-quality reserve resources, Jilin Oilfield adheres to giving equal emphasis to efficient exploration and efficient production development. It continuously deepens the detailed characterization of old oil reservoirs, improves the identification system for low-permeability and thin-poor reservoirs, and seeks reserves from "corner and edge leftovers". In terms of crude oil exploration, it continuously conducts technological research on sweet spot characterization and reservoir eva luation, and has formed a technical system of "multi-attribute integrated prediction + geological integrated eva luation". In natural gas exploration, it increases the intensity of basic research, implements multi-layered systematic exploration, and further reduces exploration risks.


其中,新立采油厂通过井震结合精准认识地下油藏动用潜力,围绕新224区块、Ⅳ-Ⅴ区块创新大平台集约化建产模式,采用“短水平井与直井结合”方式,实现了资源高效动用。截至目前,新立采油厂新224区块已投产10个月的20口短水平井,平均单井日产达3吨以上,是相同区块定向井产量的2倍以上。

Among them, the Xinli Oil Production Plant has precisely identified the exploitation potential of the underground oil reservoirs through the combination of well seismic surveys. It has innovated a large-scale platform intensive production model around the New 224 Block and Blocks IV-V, adopting the "short horizontal wells combined with vertical wells" approach. This has enabled efficient exploitation of the resources. As of now, in the New 224 Block of the Xinli Oil Production Plant, 20 short horizontal wells have been put into production for 10 months, with an average daily output of over 3 tons per well, which is more than twice the output of directional wells in the same block.


迭代高效开发技术,守住油气稳产基本盘。吉林油田遵循“油藏设计提质效、钻井设计抠细节、采油工艺重优化、地面工程优布局”技术路线,推动开发技术升级。在基础研究方面,技术人员依托井震联合精细表征技术,提升新立环湖薄储层预测符合率,实现立体井网建产。在特低渗透、稠油等难采储量动用上,吉林油田大胆革新,以“英台模式”破解深层致密气效益动用行业难题。

Adopt iterative efficient development technologies to secure the basic position of stable oil and gas production. Jilin Oilfield follows the technical route of "improving oil reservoir design for efficiency, refining drilling design for details, optimizing production technology, and optimizing ground engineering layout", promoting the upgrading of development technologies. In terms of basic research, technicians rely on the joint well-seismic fine characterization technology to improve the prediction accuracy rate of new circular lake thin reservoirs and achieve three-dimensional well network production. For the exploitation of difficult-to-access reserves such as ultra-low permeability and heavy oil, Jilin Oilfield boldly innovates and uses the "Yingtai model" to solve the industry problem of efficient exploitation of deep and dense gas.


针对龙深气田典型深层致密火山岩气藏,开发团队创新实施了地质工程一体化、钻压采一体化、技术经济一体化等“三个一体化”策略,集成应用二开5寸小井眼钻井、多段缝网压裂改造等技术,建立全生命周期控压生产体系,使区域平均钻井周期缩短20%,实现了提速增效与绿色生产的“双赢”。上半年,龙深气田累计生产天然气6115万立方米,同比增长2034万立方米。

For the typical deep and dense volcanic rock gas reservoirs in Longshen Gas Field, the development team innovatively implemented the "three integration" strategies of geological engineering integration, drilling pressure extraction integration, and technical and economic integration. They integrated and applied technologies such as the second opening of 5-inch small-bore drilling and multi-segment fracture network fracturing for modification, establishing a full life cycle pressure control production system. This resulted in a 20% reduction in the regional average drilling cycle and achieved a "win-win" situation of speed-up, efficiency improvement and green production. In the first half of the year, Longshen Gas Field produced a total of 61.15 million cubic meters of natural gas, an increase of 20.34 million cubic meters compared to the previous year.


升级配套工程技术,提升生产作业效率。吉林油田围绕优快钻井、压裂提产、提高采收率、注采工艺等重点,加大关键技术攻关力度,工程技术领域捷报频传。海116-13-15水平井刷新油田最大位移井纪录;创新形成防窜技术模式,柱塞气举使得单井日产气显著提升。

Upgrade the supporting engineering technology to enhance production efficiency. Jilin Oilfield focused on key areas such as rapid drilling, pressure fracturing for increased production, enhanced recovery rate, and injection-production techniques, and intensified efforts in key technology research. The engineering technology field has witnessed frequent success stories. The Haili 116-13-15 horizontal well broke the record for the largest displacement well in the oilfield; an innovative anti-interference technology model was formed, and the piston gas lift technology significantly increased the daily gas production of a single well.


此外,工程技术服务队伍还持续通过不断优化压裂、集输与井下作业等工艺,以技术革新换成本空间,在保障现场施工安全的同时,大大降低了生产运维成本。

加速数字技术应用 全面打造智慧油气生产新模式

吉林油田加快推进数字化、智能化油田生产建设融合落地,全力将“智慧基因”注入油气生产的每一根“毛细血管”,积极构建全业务“智慧”运营体系,让老油田生产管理“耳聪目明”。

强化全域数字化建设,搭建一体化数据平台。吉林油田全面推进井站、管线、场站等数据治理优化,实现系统入“湖”、主数据贯标,打通了“数据孤岛”,逐步建立起生产、安全、经营数据全域互通数据平台,为生产决策提供了精准的“数字大脑”。截至目前,吉林油田生产运行管理部门依托大数据分析,实现了从传统经验管理向数据驱动管理的根本性转变。

其中,川南配置区的EISC智能平台,实现了地质、工程、生产数据的“云上协同”。同时,整个管网布局已同步纳入了三维地理信息系统,全生产区的所有生产井实时数据都在“云端”汇聚,气田生产被装上了“数据大脑”,生产效率大幅提升。

Among them, the EISC intelligent platform in the southern Sichuan configuration area has achieved "cloud-based collaboration" for geological, engineering and production data. At the same time, the entire pipeline layout has been integrated into the three-dimensional geographic information system. All real-time data of the production wells in the entire production area are gathered in the "cloud", and the gas field production has been equipped with a "data brain", resulting in a significant increase in production efficiency.


推动智能应用场景落地,实现生产模式变革。物联网无人值守实现井况诊断升级,智能间抽实现规模化应用……上半年,吉林油田通过一系列智能化举措,让生产效率变得越来越高。以红岗采油厂萨尔图采油作业区为试点,吉林油田创新构建了“采注输业务一体管理”模式,将传统的“作业区—作业单元—班组—岗位”四级管理变为“作业区—中转站”两级扁平体系,生产指令直达岗位。如今,红岗采油厂已有2个气站、20个计量间全面实现无人值守,智能调控、远程值守、安全预警等智能化场景覆盖生产全链条,成功破解了老区生产一线用工紧张的瓶颈,实现了效率效益的“双丰收”。

Taking the Shanggang Oil Production Plant's Sartu Oil Production Area as a pilot, Jilin Oilfield innovatively constructed the "combined management of production, injection and transportation" model, transforming the traditional "area - operation unit - team - position" four-level management into a two-level flat system of "area - transfer station", with production instructions directly reaching the positions. Now, 2 gas stations and 20 metering rooms in the Shanggang Oil Production Plant have fully achieved unmanned operation, and intelligent control, remote值守, safety warning and other intelligent scenarios cover the entire production chain, successfully breaking through the bottleneck of tight manpower in the production front of the old area, and achieving a "double harvest" of efficiency and benefits.


落地二氧化碳智能驱油项目,赋能CCUS全链条管控。依托亚洲最大的CCUS国家级示范工程,吉林油田在生产智能化管控上先行先试。通过数字化监测管控体系,精准调控碳捕集、驱替、封存全流程参数,吉林油田有效解决了“气窜”难题。在黑125区块,应用“气举—助抽—控套”一体化携气举升工艺与智能调控系统,实现了二氧化碳驱的高效稳定。

The intelligent carbon dioxide drainage project has enabled full-chain management of CCUS. Relying on the largest national-level CCUS demonstration project in Asia, Jilin Oilfield has taken the lead in piloting intelligent production control. Through a digital monitoring and control system, it precisely regulates the parameters of the entire process of carbon capture, displacement, and storage. Jilin Oilfield has effectively solved the problem of "gas migration". In the Hei 125 block, the "gas lift - assistance pumping - controlled casing" integrated gas lift-uplift technology and intelligent control system have been applied, achieving efficient and stable carbon dioxide drainage.


截至目前,吉林油田封存二氧化碳累计达429万吨,年封存二氧化碳能力达到80万吨。另外,吉林石化至吉林油田二氧化碳长输管道作为国内距离最长、管径最大、压力最高的超临界/密相输送管道,建立了涵盖全生命周期的智能管控体系。在建设过程中,工程广泛采用自动化焊接工艺,焊口合格率超96%;综合运用全线光纤测漏技术,精准识别微小泄漏并定位,实现了多维度泄漏监测。

As of now, the total amount of carbon dioxide stored in the Jilin Oilfield has reached 4.29 million tons, and the annual capacity for carbon dioxide storage has reached 800,000 tons. Additionally, the long-distance carbon dioxide pipeline from Jilin Petrochemical to Jilin Oilfield, as the longest, largest-diameter and highest-pressure supercritical/mass-phase transportation pipeline in China, has established an intelligent control system covering the entire life cycle. During the construction process, the project widely adopted automated welding techniques, with the weld quality rate exceeding 96%; the full-line optical fiber leak detection technology was comprehensively utilized to accurately identify and locate minor leaks, achieving multi-dimensional leak monitoring.


推动“油气新”协同发展 深入推进绿色低碳转型

吉林油田统筹油气生产与新能源业务协同发展,抓实节能降耗与环境治理,在保障国家能源安全的同时,坚决走好绿色低碳转型之路。

While ensuring national energy security, it has resolutely embarked on the path of green and low-carbon transformation.


推进油气新能源融合发展,拓宽绿色供给渠道。在传统油气田生产区域,吉林油田利用风、光、土地等资源优势,加速布局和推进风光发电、地热利用等新能源项目,并优化调整自消纳与外送发电比例,实现老油田“新新向融”。

Promote the integrated development of oil and gas, new energy, and expand green supply channels. In the traditional oil and gas production areas, Jilin Oilfield has leveraged its advantages in wind, solar, and land resources to accelerate the layout and promotion of new energy projects such as wind and solar power generation and geothermal utilization, and has optimized the ratio of self-consumption and external power transmission, achieving the "new-new integration" in old oil fields.


今年上半年,吉林油田累计生产绿电8亿千瓦时,完成考核目标的103%。其中,自消纳绿电3亿千瓦时,节约了生产成本;外销电量5亿千瓦时,实现创效。作为吉林油田新能源建设方面的重点在建项目,45万千瓦风光发电项目按照“分期开工、分步实施”模式,加速推进实施,为老油田绿色转型注入了“新”动力。新北智能微电网项目被列为国家首批新型电力系统建设能力提升试点。

In the first half of this year, Jilin Oilfield produced a total of 800 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity, achieving 103% of the assessment target. Among them, 300 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity was self-consumed, saving production costs; 500 million kilowatt-hours of electricity was sold externally, achieving cost savings. As a key ongoing project in the field of new energy construction of Jilin Oilfield, the 45-megawatt wind and solar power generation project, following the "phased commencement and step-by-step implementation" model, is accelerating its implementation to inject "new" impetus into the green transformation of the old oilfield. The Xibei Intelligent Microgrid Project has been selected as one of the first batch of national pilot projects for enhancing the construction capacity of the new power system.


截至目前,该项目运行平稳,平均日耗电2.2万千瓦时,其中清洁电力占比达75%,最高单日清洁电力占比达94.8%。

As of now, the project is operating smoothly, with an average daily electricity consumption of 22,000 kilowatt-hours. Among this, the proportion of clean electricity is 75%, and the highest single-day proportion of clean electricity reached 94.8%.


全域实施节能降碳改造,持续降低综合能耗。吉林油田强化节能的源头管控,推进节能技术应用,深入开展能效对标和过程考核。上半年,吉林油田单位油气商品量综合能耗同比下降4.55%。其中,“红岗模式”聚焦“源荷互动,电热耦合”,通过油、气、热同采,“风、光、储、调”并用,重塑了老油田生产新形态,走出了一条老油田低碳转型的新路径。

Jilin Oilfield has strengthened the source control of energy conservation, promoted the application of energy-saving technologies, and carried out energy efficiency benchmarking and process assessment. In the first half of the year, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of oil and gas products of Jilin Oilfield decreased by 4.55% compared with the previous year. Among them, the "Honggang Model" focuses on "source-load interaction and electricity-heating coupling", through the simultaneous production of oil, gas and heat, and the combined use of "wind, solar, storage and regulation", it has reshaped the new production form of old oilfields and explored a new path for the low-carbon transformation of old oilfields.


项目建设过程中,红岗采油厂从单项技术突破到区块综合能源利用,对机采系统、集输系统实施了大规模节能技改,推广变频节能、余热回收等低碳装备,实现了余热余气应收尽收、能用尽用。截至6月底,红岗大27试点示范区块燃煤消耗已全面清零,终端用能电气化率达35%。

During the project construction process, Honggang Oil Production Plant made significant progress from individual technological breakthroughs to comprehensive energy utilization of the block. It carried out large-scale energy-saving technological renovations on the mechanical production system and the gathering and transportation system, and promoted low-carbon equipment such as variable frequency energy saving and waste heat recovery. This enabled the full collection and utilization of waste heat and waste gas. By the end of June, the coal consumption in the 27 pilot demonstration blocks of Honggang had been completely eliminated, and the electrification rate of terminal energy use reached 35%.


从严抓实生态环保治理,守住环保底线。吉林油田强化污水回用、固废无害化处置及土壤大气污染全过程管控,完善环保智能监测体系。在黑125平台,已形成“绿电自发自用、伴生气闭环回注、二氧化碳高效封存”的多能互补零排放模式;黑72平台4、平台5绿电替代率分别达到54%和51%。通过清洁生产与绿色作业的刚性落实,吉林油田能耗与碳排放实现了“双控双降”,牢牢守住了生态环保底线。

Jilin Oilfield has strengthened wastewater reuse, harmless disposal of solid waste, and full-process control of soil and air pollution, and improved the intelligent environmental monitoring system. On the Hekai 125 platform, a multi-energy complementary zero-emission mode of "green electricity self-generation and self-consumption, closed-loop injection of associated gas, and efficient sequestration of carbon dioxide" has been formed; on the Hekai 72 platform 4 and platform 5, the green electricity substitution rates reached 54% and 51% respectively. Through the strict implementation of clean production and green operations, Jilin Oilfield has achieved "dual control and dual reduction" of energy consumption and carbon emissions, firmly holding onto the bottom line of ecological and environmental protection.


上半年,吉林油田以科技之“笔”破解稳产难题,以数字之“翼”重塑管理模式,以绿色之“底”绘就转型新卷,在高质量发展道路上迈出了崭新的步伐。
