中国石油网消息:4月上旬记者获悉,一季度,吉林油田油气新能源产量当量超计划3000吨,钻、压、修等主体工作量超计划147口;生产用电用气等4项主体费用较计划节约逾千万元,实现了效率与效益“双提升”。

China Oil News: In early April, it was learned that in the first quarter, the oil and gas new energy production volume of Jilin Oilfield exceeded the plan by 3,000 tons. The main tasks such as drilling, pressure testing, and maintenance exceeded the plan by 147 wells; the main expenses for production electricity, gas, etc. were saved by over 10 million yuan, achieving a "dual improvement" in efficiency and benefits.


吉林油田贯彻落实集团公司工作会议精神,锚定全年生产经营目标,精心制定各项针对性措施,推行精益管理,促进油气新能源生产及提质增效各项任务落地,取得了阶段性成效。

生产跑出“加速度”。一季度,吉林油田以产能贡献率40%为目标,全面推行项目负责制,实现了钻井、压裂等各项生产运行效率显著提升。同时,全面启动春季上产劳动竞赛。截至目前,通过川南抢投新井、松南老井措施挖潜,天然气日产量提高11万立方米;新能源发电和用电共同发力,自消纳弃电率控制在2%以下;45万千瓦风光发电项目等重点工程均按计划节点有序推进。

Production has accelerated. In the first quarter, Jilin Oilfield set a target of 40% in terms of production capacity contribution and fully implemented the project responsibility system. This led to significant improvements in the efficiency of various production operations, including drilling and fracturing. At the same time, the spring production increase labor competition was fully launched. As of now, through the rapid drilling of new wells in southern Sichuan and the measures to tap potential in old wells in southern Sino, the daily output of natural gas has increased by 110,000 cubic meters; the joint efforts of new energy power generation and power consumption have controlled the self-consumption rate of discarded electricity below 2%; key projects such as the 450,000-kilowatt wind and photovoltaic power generation project have all been advanced in accordance with the planned schedule.


要效率更要效益。吉林油田始终坚持“专业统筹+责任传导+动态跟踪+月度盘点”的提质增效机制。

Efficiency is more important than benefits. Jilin Oilfield has always adhered to the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement mechanism of "professional coordination + responsibility transmission + dynamic tracking + monthly inventory check".


一季度,共实施管理及技术措施87项,生产用电、自用天然气、外雇运费、土地土方费等四项费用较目标均呈下降趋势。通过研判市场化购电策略、提升绿电自消纳比例、优化49项节电措施,节约生产用电成本737万元;通过实施以降温掺输、扩大冷输为核心的管理节气和以热泵达效为主导的技改节气,同比节气511万立方米;通过推动42口单井罐入环、车辆互补提效等多措并举,外雇运费同比节约480多万元;通过定额管控、现场审核,实现土地土方费同比下降300多万元。

In the first quarter, a total of 87 management and technical measures were implemented. The four expenses - production electricity, self-used natural gas, hired transportation costs, and land and earthwork costs - all showed a downward trend compared to the targets. By analyzing the market-based power purchase strategy, increasing the proportion of green electricity self-consumption, and optimizing 49 energy-saving measures, the production electricity cost was saved by 7.37 million yuan. Through implementing management energy-saving measures such as cooling blending transportation and expanding cold transportation, and technical renovation energy-saving measures such as using heat pumps to achieve efficiency, the energy savings were 5.11 million cubic meters compared to the previous year. By promoting multiple measures such as integrating 42 single-well tanks into the network, complementing vehicles to improve efficiency, and other efforts, the hired transportation costs were saved by 4.80 million yuan more than the previous year. Through quota control and on-site audits, the land and earthwork costs decreased by 3.00 million yuan compared to the previous year.


与此同时,油田生产运行部联合安全、装备、工程、新能源、HSE监督站等5个部门,聚焦钻井作业承包商、电力设备设施、应急管理等4个重点领域,持续开展全覆盖安全专项检查,护航生产。

Meanwhile, the Oilfield Production Operations Department, in collaboration with the departments of safety, equipment, engineering, new energy, and the HSE supervision station, focused on four key areas including drilling operation contractors, power equipment and facilities, and emergency management, and continuously carried out comprehensive safety special inspections to ensure smooth production.
