中国石油网消息:3月31日,大庆石化聚烯烃部顺利完成近500吨交联聚乙烯树脂新产品量产,产品已分批次发往河北地区下游用户。此次量产是该公司推进产品结构转型升级的重要举措,既丰富了聚烯烃产品矩阵,也标志着其在高端化、差异化发展上实现突破。

China Petroleum News: On March 31st, Daqing Petrochemical's Polyolefin Department successfully completed the mass production of nearly 500 tons of a new type of cross-linked polyethylene resin. The products have been dispatched in batches to downstream users in the Hebei region. This mass production is an important measure taken by the company to promote the transformation and upgrading of its product structure. It not only enriches the polyolefin product portfolio but also marks a breakthrough in its development towards higher-end and differentiated markets.


交联聚乙烯树脂主要用于建筑高温热水管道、食品工业及石油化工流体输送等领域。去年10月,大庆石化完成首次试生产及市场加工应用试验,管材压力测试等关键指标均符合用户要求,为此次量产提供了技术支撑。

Cross-linked polyethylene resin is mainly used in fields such as high-temperature hot water pipelines in construction, food industry, and fluid transportation in petrochemicals. Last October, Daqing Petrochemical completed its first trial production and market processing application tests. Key indicators such as pipe material pressure tests all met the requirements of users, providing technical support for this mass production.


与普通管材料相比,交联聚乙烯树脂经二次处理后,聚乙烯分子间可形成三维立体交联结构,耐热性和力学性能大幅提升,可稳定输送热水,且具备重量轻、安装便捷、耐腐蚀等优势,能有效降低下游用户使用及运维成本。

Compared with ordinary pipe materials, after secondary treatment, the cross-linked polyethylene resin can form a three-dimensional cross-linked structure between polyethylene molecules. Its heat resistance and mechanical properties have been significantly improved, enabling it to stably convey hot water. It also has the advantages of light weight, convenient installation, and corrosion resistance, which can effectively reduce the usage and operation costs for downstream users.
