1月6日消息,湖北日报报道,国家管网集团华中公司自主研发的“基于双反馈控制的压缩机长时断电不停机连续运行技术”近日通过科技成果鉴定,核心指标达到国际先进水平。

On January 6th, the Hubei Daily reported that the "Continuous Operation Technology for Compressors with Long-term Power Outage without Shutdown, Based on Dual Feedback Control" independently developed by the Huazhong Branch of the National Pipeline Group has recently passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal. The core indicators have reached the international advanced level.


天然气压缩机被称为管道的“增压引擎”,负责为天然气增压,保障其在长距离输送中持续稳定流动,其运行连续性直接影响管网输气效率。

The natural gas compressor is known as the "boosting engine" of the pipeline. It is responsible for pressurizing the natural gas to ensure its continuous and stable flow during long-distance transportation. The continuity of its operation directly affects the gas transmission efficiency of the pipeline network.


以往,行业内传统技术最多仅支持压缩机5秒短时断电跨越,在电网波动、雷击等突发情况下,极易导致机组停机,造成重大经济损失,并对下游工业生产和民生用气稳定造成影响。

In the past, traditional technologies in the industry could only support a short-term power outage of the compressor for a maximum of 5 seconds. In the event of sudden situations such as grid fluctuations or lightning strikes, it was highly likely to cause the unit to stop running, resulting in significant economic losses and affecting the stability of downstream industrial production and domestic gas supply.


华中公司研发的断电不停机技术,通过在电网断电瞬间利用电机剩余动能迅速接替供电,为压缩机提供持续稳定的电能支持,直至电网恢复。

The power-off without-stop technology developed by Huazhong Company works by utilizing the remaining kinetic energy of the motor at the moment of power outage to immediately take over the power supply, providing continuous and stable electrical energy support to the compressor until the power grid is restored.


实测显示,改造后的机组可实现18秒断电带载不停机运行,目前已形成40秒失电跨越技术试验方案,远超行业常规水平。

The actual measurement shows that the modified unit can achieve continuous operation without shutdown even during a power outage of 18 seconds. Currently, a technical test plan for a 40-second power loss crossover has been formulated, which far exceeds the industry's conventional standards.


在潜江、利川等重点压气站应用中,该技术展现出优秀的兼容性与可靠性,即使在最不利工况下也能平稳应对电网波动。在今年冬季采暖期间,利川、宜昌、潜江和武汉压气站借助该技术成功应对19次电网波动,保障了下游200万居民用气稳定。

In the applications at key gas compression stations such as Qianjiang and Lichuan, this technology has demonstrated excellent compatibility and reliability. Even under the most unfavorable conditions, it can smoothly cope with grid fluctuations. During this winter heating period, the gas compression stations in Lichuan, Yichang, Qianjiang and Wuhan successfully handled 19 grid fluctuations by leveraging this technology, ensuring the stable gas supply for 2 million residents downstream.


截至目前,该技术已在川气东送管道湖北段规模化应用,覆盖20台电驱压缩机组。应用期内累计避免非计划停机579次,挽回天然气放空损失935.87万元。

As of now, this technology has been applied on a large scale in the Hubei section of the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project, covering 20 electric-driven compression units. During the application period, it prevented 579 unplanned shutdowns and saved 9.3587 million yuan in gas venting losses.


据测算,该技术全面推广后,按年避免停机106次计算,每年可减少天然气放空及综合输气损失约549万元,新增间接管输收入超过4300万元,综合经济效益预计超5300万元,投资回报周期仅半年。同时,每年可避免天然气放空107.78万标方,相当于减少二氧化碳排放约2371吨。

According to the calculation, if this technology is fully implemented, based on the assumption that it avoids 106 power outages per year, it can reduce the losses of natural gas venting and overall pipeline transmission by approximately 5.49 million yuan annually. It can also generate over 43 million yuan in additional indirect pipeline revenue, and the comprehensive economic benefits are expected to exceed 53 million yuan. The investment return period is only half a year. At the same time, it can avoid the venting of 1.0778 million standard cubic meters of natural gas per year, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 2371 tons.


该技术不仅填补了行业空白,还形成了完整的技术体系。目前项目己编制3项企业标准草案。华中公司将加快推进技术推广,计划在2026年覆盖集团内部10座压气站,2027年实现20座以上压气站全覆盖,并向兄弟单位推广。

This technology not only fills the industry gap but also forms a complete technical system. Currently, the project has drafted three enterprise standard proposals. Huazhong Company will accelerate the promotion of the technology and plans to cover 10 compressor stations within the group by 2026, achieve full coverage of more than 20 compressor stations by 2027, and promote it to other units.
