3月6日,中国海油宣布,开平南油田开发项目(以下简称开平项目)圆筒型FPSO(浮式生产储卸油装置)在青岛国际化高端装备制造基地开工建造。这是由我国自主设计建造的亚洲最大圆筒型“海上油气工厂”。项目志在显著提升我国深水超大型油气装备自主化水平,为进一步加快深远海油气资源经济高效开发提供关键装备保障。

On March 6th, China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced that the cylindrical FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel) for the Kaiping South Oilfield Development Project (referred to as the Kaiping Project) has started construction at the internationalized high-end equipment manufacturing base in Qingdao. This is the largest cylindrical "offshore oil and gas facility" in Asia, designed and built independently by our country. The project aims to significantly enhance the autonomy of China's deepwater super-large oil and gas equipment, and provide key equipment support for further accelerating the economic and efficient development of offshore oil and gas resources in the deep sea.


开平南油田是我国在深水领域自主发现的储量最大油田。该项目计划新建一座10万吨级圆筒型FPSO、配套海底管缆和30余套水下采油树。

KaiPing Nan Oilfield is the largest oilfield independently discovered by China in the deepwater area. This project plans to build a 100,000-ton cylindrical FPSO, along with supporting submarine pipelines and over 30 sets of underwater production trees.

开平项目水下生产系统复杂程度刷新国内纪录,FPSO船体重量、主甲板及工艺甲板外径位居全球第一,满载排水量超17万吨,最大储油量12.2万立方米,位居全球第二,建成后将成为亚洲尺寸重量最大、油气处理储存能力最强的圆筒型“海上油气工厂”。

The underwater production system of the Kaiping project has set a new domestic record in terms of complexity. The weight of the FPSO hull, the outer diameter of the main deck and the process deck rank first globally. Its full-load displacement exceeds 170,000 tons, and its maximum oil storage capacity is 122,000 cubic meters, ranking second globally. Once completed, it will become the largest cylindrical "offshore oil and gas plant" in Asia in terms of size and weight, with the strongest oil and gas processing and storage capabilities.

相较于2024年投产的“海葵一号”,开平项目FPSO综合施工难度、技术复杂性、精度控制等方面要求更高。项目团队以“数智驱动、精益建造、自主创新”为路径,奋力高标准打造安全、绿色、智能的深海“大国重器”。

Compared with the "Haikui No.1" which is scheduled to be put into production in 2024, the Kaiping project's FPSO has higher requirements in terms of comprehensive construction difficulty, technical complexity, and precision control. The project team has taken the path of "digital intelligence-driven, lean construction, and independent innovation", striving to build a safe, green, and intelligent deep-sea "major equipment" to the highest standards.


开平项目所处海域具有深水、新区、深层的开发特点,地质油藏条件复杂,开发实施采取“边开发、边认识、边调整”的动态策略,对开发装备的适配性、可靠性、安全性提出了极高要求。开平项目FPSO将进一步完善我国深水油气开发装备设计技术体系。

The sea area where the Kaiping project is located has the characteristics of deep water, new area and deep layer development. The geological oil reservoir conditions are complex. The development implementation adopts the dynamic strategy of "developing while understanding, adjusting while developing", which puts forward extremely high requirements for the adaptability, reliability and safety of the development equipment. The FPSO of the Kaiping project will further improve the design technology system of deepwater oil and gas development equipment in China.


近年来,中国海油持续深耕高端海洋油气装备自主研发,先后建成“深海一号”“海基一号”“海基二号”“海葵一号”等一批深水大型装备,并对外交付企鹅FPSO等国际高端油气装备,构建了覆盖深水油气勘探开发“水面—水中—水下—井下”的全产业链装备体系,助力我国成为全球第三个拥有深水油气资源自主开发能力的国家。

In recent years, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has continued to deepen its independent research and development of high-end offshore oil and gas equipment. It has successively built a batch of large-scale deepwater equipment such as "Deep Sea No.1", "Haiji No.1", "Haiji No.2", and "Haikui No.1", and delivered international high-end oil and gas equipment such as Penguin FPSO to the outside world. It has built a full industry chain equipment system covering deepwater oil and gas exploration and development "surface water underwater underground", helping China become the third country in the world to have the ability to independently develop deepwater oil and gas resources.


面向“十五五”,中国海油将依托深水油气装备现代产业链建设,充分发挥链长基础支撑和融通带动作用,聚力打造深水油气装备产业生态圈,显著提升我国海洋装备产业自主可控能力,为加快我国深远海油气资源开发、保障能源安全提供有力支撑。

Facing the "15th Five Year Plan", China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) will rely on the construction of a modern industrial chain for deepwater oil and gas equipment, fully leverage the basic support of the chain length and the driving role of integration, and concentrate on building an ecosystem for the deepwater oil and gas equipment industry, significantly enhancing the independent and controllable capabilities of China's marine equipment industry, and providing strong support for accelerating the development of China's deep and offshore oil and gas resources and ensuring energy security.
