中国石油网消息：截至9月21日，宝石管业公司所属5家生产企业协同攻坚，累计为黑河—大庆天然气管道工程保供钢管2.9万余吨、完成发运1.2万余吨。优质管材陆续运抵施工现场，为国家重点能源项目建设提供了坚实的物资保障。

China Petroleum Network News: As of September 21st, the five production enterprises under the Gemstone Pipe Industry Company have jointly made efforts, and have cumulatively supplied over 29,000 tons of steel pipes for the Heihe-Daqing Natural Gas Pipeline Project, and completed the shipment of 12,000 tons. High-quality pipe materials have been successively delivered to the construction site, providing a solid material guarantee for the construction of key national energy projects.

After taking on the supply guarantee task for this project, the Gemstone Pipe Industry Company responded promptly and organized multiple rounds of special research and analysis, as well as customized exclusive process plans. They completed the testing and verification of coil plate samples comprehensively, accumulating core technical data for mass production.

Facing the dual challenges of high standards and tight supply cycles, the company coordinated the production capacity and product structure of all production enterprises, promoted seamless connection throughout the entire production chain of pipe manufacturing, anti-corrosion and transportation, and formed an efficient working pattern of collaborative supply for multiple types of pipe materials.

生产端各企业多点同步排产，并行完成产线换道调整、产前筹备与项目工艺评定首次检验，持续优化工艺参数、强化岗位衔接，平均单班产量稳步提升。质量管控环节严格执行工艺标准，对成型、焊接等关键工序全程开展数据监测。首批下线钢管几何尺寸、焊缝质量、力学性能全部符合标准，性能试验一次合格。防腐与发运环节提前对接监理确认工艺规范，统筹运力资源，逐项核查车辆资质与安全防护设施，确保管材全程稳妥地送达现场。其中，江苏钢管公司从接到指令到首批发运仅用时36天，钢管焊接焊缝一次通过率超过98.2%，产品精品率达到100%。

The production enterprises at various sites carried out synchronized production scheduling, concurrently completed the lane adjustment of production lines, pre-production preparations and the first inspection of project process qualification. They continuously optimized process parameters and strengthened job coordination. The average single-shift output steadily increased. The quality control process strictly followed the process standards, and data monitoring was carried out throughout the key processes such as forming and welding. The geometric dimensions, weld quality and mechanical properties of the first batch of rolled steel pipes all met the standards, and the performance test was qualified for the first time. The anti-corrosion and shipping processes were coordinated with the supervision to confirm the process specifications, and the transportation resources were planned in advance. Each item was checked one by one regarding the vehicle qualifications and safety protection facilities to ensure that the steel pipes were safely delivered to the site throughout the process. Among them, Jiangsu Steel Pipe Company completed the first batch of shipments from receiving the instructions to only 36 days, and the one-time pass rate of the welding welds of the steel pipes exceeded 98.2%, and the product quality rate reached 100%.
