贵阳9月2日电 贵州省人民政府办公厅印发《贵州省非常规天然气增储上产三年攻坚行动方案（2026—2028年）》，聚焦页岩气、煤层气（煤矿瓦斯），系统推进勘探、开发、储运、利用全链条建设。

Guiyang, September 2nd - The General Office of the People's Government of Guizhou Province has issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Expanding and Upgrading Non-Conventional Natural Gas Reserves in Guizhou Province (2026-2028)", focusing on shale gas and coalbed methane (mine gas), and systematically promoting the construction of the entire chain of exploration, development, storage and utilization.

行动方案部署六大方面15条具体工作举措。统筹资源储备扩容与产能释放，因地制宜布局产业基地和重点建产区；优化矿产资源管理，整治矿业权低效利用问题；持续深化地质勘探，夯实深部油气资源开发基础；大力推进煤气共采，推动煤矿瓦斯治理由井下被动抽采向地面主动预抽转变；不断拓宽资源利用渠道，推进全省天然气管道“一张网”建设；强化科技攻关，加快科研成果落地转化。

The action plan covers six major aspects with 15 specific measures. It coordinates the expansion of resource reserves and capacity release, and arranges industrial bases and key production areas based on local conditions; optimizes the management of mineral resources and rectifies the problem of inefficient utilization of mining rights; continuously deepens geological exploration to lay a solid foundation for the development of deep oil and gas resources; vigorously promotes coal-gas co-mining and promotes the transformation of coal mine gas governance from passive underground extraction to active pre-extraction on the ground; continuously expands the channels for resource utilization and promotes the construction of a "single network" for natural gas pipelines throughout the province; strengthens scientific research efforts and accelerates the implementation and transformation of scientific research achievements.
