据悉，美国和以色列对伊朗发动战事导致海湾地区能源出口受阻，欧盟天然气储备已经难以达到冬季开始前储备80%这一目标。而去年冬季末的严寒，以及今年夏季欧洲热浪期间天然气发电量增多，也造成欧盟天然气储备加速消耗。
