8月18日从烟台海事局获悉，烟台船舶溢油应急设备库扩建工程近日通过竣工验收，正式投用。这标志着渤海海域增添一座一次性船舶溢油综合清除控制能力500吨的溢油应急设备库。

On August 18th, the Yantai Maritime Administration informed that the expansion project of the Yantai Ship Oil Spill Emergency Equipment Depot has recently passed the completion acceptance and has been officially put into use. This indicates that a new oil spill emergency equipment depot with a comprehensive removal and control capacity of 500 tons for ship oil spills has been added to the Bohai Sea area.

作为落实《国家重大海上溢油应急能力建设规划》的重点项目，烟台船舶溢油应急设备库扩建工程2018年启动，坐落于长岛海洋生态文明综合试验区，总建筑面积3017.1平方米，配置8大类、40余项溢油应急设备，覆盖海上溢油围控、回收、清除、监视等全流程作业需求。

As a key project for implementing the "National Major Marine Oil Spill Emergency Capacity Construction Plan", the expansion project of the Yantai Ship Oil Spill Emergency Equipment Depot was initiated in 2018. It is located in the Longdao Marine Ecological Civilization Comprehensive Experimental Zone. With a total construction area of 3,017.1 square meters, it is equipped with 8 major categories and over 40 items of oil spill emergency equipment, covering all processes of oil spill containment, recovery, removal, and monitoring.

工程建设期间，面对海岛交通不便、地质条件复杂、海上施工难度大等挑战，项目组统筹施工计划，攻克重难点问题，持续优化施工工艺与建设方案。

During the construction process, in the face of challenges such as inconvenient transportation on the island, complex geological conditions, and difficult offshore construction, the project team coordinated the construction plan, overcame key problems, and continuously optimized the construction techniques and plans.

渤海海域航运繁忙、船舶作业密集，海上溢油风险防控压力较大。此次扩建工程投用，将有效提升该海域船舶溢油处置能力，实现一次性船舶溢油综合清除控制能力由50吨提升至500吨。

The Bohai Sea area has heavy shipping activities and dense vessel operations, presenting a significant challenge in preventing and controlling oil spills at sea. The commissioning of this expansion project will effectively enhance the vessel oil spill handling capabilities in this sea area, and increase the comprehensive oil spill removal and control capacity for vessels from 50 tons to 500 tons at one time.

下阶段，该设备库将全面投入常态化运维，发挥其专业化应急保障效能，为区域海洋生态保护、航运经济高质量发展提供安全支撑。

In the next stage, this equipment library will be fully put into regular operation and maintenance, fully leveraging its specialized emergency support capabilities to provide safety support for regional marine ecological protection and the high-quality development of the shipping economy.
