The Abu Dhabi Supreme Financial and Economic Affairs Committee (SCFEA) announced that it has awarded the development and production concession rights for the Bab gas field to the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). According to the agreement, ADNOC holds a 60% stake and operates the concession rights through ADNOC's onshore company.

其他国际合作伙伴及各自权益占比分别为：道达尔能源和英国石油公司(bp)各持有10%权益、中国石油国际事业有限公司持有8%、日本JODCO持有5%、振华石油控股有限公司持有4%、韩国GS E&P私人有限公司持有3%。

Other international partners and their respective equity holdings are as follows: Total Energy and BP each hold 10% equity, China National Petroleum International Business Co., Ltd. holds 8%, JODCO of Japan holds 5%, Zhenhua Petroleum Holding Co., Ltd. holds 4%, and GS E&P Private Limited of South Korea holds 3%.

巴布是目前全球同类项目中规模最大的气顶开发项目，该项目将生产天然气和凝析油，预计天然气日产能约为15亿标准立方英尺，约占ADNOC Gas现有天然气加工总能力的15%。

Babu is currently the largest gas field development project of its kind in the world. This project will produce natural gas and condensate oil. It is estimated that the daily natural gas production capacity will be approximately 1.5 billion standard cubic feet, accounting for about 15% of ADNOC Gas's existing total natural gas processing capacity.

This project further highlights the significant position of the United Arab Emirates as a preferred destination for long-term global investment and a reliable energy supplier. Once completed, the project will help the United Arab Emirates achieve its goal of self-sufficiency in natural gas, promote the sustained development of the country's petrochemical industry, and facilitate ADNOC's strategic deployment to expand its liquefied natural gas (LNG) export capacity.
