3月11日，中国石油西南油气田公司今年累计生产天然气突破100亿立方米，顺利拿下首个百亿方，为完成全年产量目标奠定坚实基础，标志着公司上产步伐持续加快，能源保供的“底气”更足。

On March 11th, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company of China National Petroleum Corporation achieved a cumulative production of over 10 billion cubic meters of natural gas this year, successfully securing its first 10-billion-cubic-meter milestone. This accomplishment has laid a solid foundation for achieving the annual production target and indicates that the company's production growth pace has continued to accelerate, with greater confidence in ensuring energy supply.

今年以来，西南油气田公司以“十五五”规划为指引，统筹抓好老区稳产和新区评价上产，全面启动新一轮上产准备。各生产单位精细组织生产运行，全力确保天然气产量稳步攀升。

Since the beginning of this year, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has been guided by the "15th Five Year Plan" and has coordinated efforts to ensure stable production in old areas and eva luate production in new areas, fully launching a new round of production preparations. Each production unit meticulously organizes production operations and strives to ensure a steady increase in natural gas production.

在新井产能建设方面，公司正加快进度，确保全年开钻井和投产井按计划推进。常规气方面，安岳气田、蓬莱气田和老区产建工程加快实施。页岩气方面，威远、泸州深层及新层系上产工作稳步推进。致密气方面，天府气田、大塔场气田评价上产步伐加快。通过多点发力，确保新建天然气年产能目标按期完成。

In terms of new well production capacity construction, the company is accelerating progress to ensure that drilling and production wells are carried out as planned throughout the year. In terms of conventional gas, the implementation of Anyue gas field, Penglai gas field and old area production and construction projects has been accelerated. In terms of shale gas, the production of deep and new formations in Weiyuan and Luzhou is steadily advancing. In terms of tight gas, the pace of production eva luation for Tianfu gas field and Datachang gas field has accelerated. Through multiple efforts, ensure the timely completion of the annual production capacity target for new natural gas.

石油液体生产也同时发力。原油生产抓好老井产能维护，加快新井建设进度。凝析油生产通过合理配产，最大限度提高采收率。高附加值产品方面，随着盐亭处理厂检修整改后恢复运行，稳定轻烃、液化气、乙烷等产品供给能力得到有效保障。

The production of petroleum liquids has also made significant progress. For crude oil production, efforts are focused on maintaining the production capacity of existing wells and accelerating the construction of new wells. For condensate oil production, reasonable production allocation is adopted to maximize the recovery rate. In terms of high-value-added products, with the salt town processing plant having resumed operation after maintenance and rectification, the stable supply capacity of light hydrocarbons, liquefied gas, ethane, etc. has been effectively guaranteed.

为支持气田高效开发，公司周密安排净化厂、处理厂、单井脱硫装置的检修工作，狠抓关键项目把控，确保装置按期复产、长期稳产。通过优化检修施工组织，提前部署技术措施，进一步提升检修效率，减少对产量的影响。

To support the efficient development of the gas field, the company has meticulously arranged the maintenance work for the purification plant, treatment plant, and individual well desulfurization devices. It has strictly controlled key projects to ensure that the equipment resumes production on schedule and maintains stable production for a long time. By optimizing the maintenance construction organization and deploying technical measures in advance, the efficiency of maintenance has been further improved, and the impact on production has been reduced.

地面工程建设同步发力。今年将投运龙王庙增压站，新增输气能力。多项管道工程计划陆续建成投运，有效解决页岩气、常规气外输及储气库注气问题，为产能充分发挥打通关键节点。

Ground infrastructure construction is advancing simultaneously. This year, the Longwangmiao booster station will be put into operation, increasing the gas transmission capacity. A number of pipeline projects are planned to be completed and put into operation one after another, effectively solving the problems of shale gas and conventional gas transmission and storage, and opening up key links for the full utilization of production capacity.

在加快上产的同时，公司正高质量推进七大重点工作。探评井转采工作加快推进，抓好探井转采方案编审，力争早日贡献产量。高磨震旦系气井堵塞防治持续加强，按照“一井一策”实施动态管理，维护产能稳定。老井措施增产坚持技术经济一体化管理，建立产能维护价格体系。

While accelerating production, the company is also vigorously advancing seven key tasks. The process of converting exploration wells to production wells is advancing rapidly. Efforts are being made to complete the review and approval of the conversion plans for exploration wells, aiming to contribute to production as soon as possible. The prevention of blockage in high-mobility Shizhanian gas wells is being continuously strengthened. Dynamic management is implemented based on "one well, one strategy", maintaining stable production capacity. The measures for increasing production in old wells adhere to integrated management of technology and economy, and a production capacity maintenance price system has been established.

储气库百亿工作气量建设也在提速。在役库优化运行、达容达产，在建库推进整体建设、提前注气，准备库做好可研方案编制，多元化利用地下空间，开展小时调峰、储能等前期工作。

The construction of the 100-billion-cubic-meter working gas capacity of the gas storage facilities is also accelerating. The in-service facilities are optimizing their operation and reaching their capacity and production targets. The under-construction facilities are advancing the overall construction and injecting gas in advance. The preparation facilities are completing the preparation of the feasibility study plans. Various uses of underground space are being explored, including short-term peak shaving and energy storage.

四大工程同步走深走实。储采比硬稳定工程抓好天然气新区扩边新发现与老区提高采收率，确保储量替换率。压舱石工程持续贯彻技术路线，做实稳产提效各项举措。非常规革命聚焦单井提产与投资控降，深化关键技术攻关。采收率再提高工程做好“控递减、增动用”各项举措，抓好先导试验实施及推广。

The four major projects are advancing simultaneously and in a substantive manner. The hard stabilization of the ratio of reserves to production is focused on expanding new gas fields, discovering new resources, and enhancing recovery rates in existing areas to ensure the rate of reserve replacement. The ballast stone project continues to implement the technical plan and effectively implement all measures for maintaining stable production and improving efficiency. The unconventional revolution focuses on increasing production per single well and controlling investment and costs, and deepens key technology research. The project to further increase recovery rate focuses on implementing "controlling decline and increasing utilization" measures, and抓好先导试验的实施及推广.
