8月24日，兖矿能源公告，公司控股子公司兖煤澳大利亚有限公司与嘉能可煤炭公司(GlencoreCoalPtyLtd)签订《Glencore煤炭销售框架协议》，协议项下截至2026年12月31日止年度的交易年度上限由3.50亿美元修订为7.50亿美元。

On August 24th, Yankuang Energy announced that its holding subsidiary, Yanzhou Coal Australia Limited, signed the "Glencore Coal Sales Framework Agreement" with Glencore Coal Pty Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, the annual transaction limit for the year ending December 31, 2026 was revised from 350 million US dollars to 750 million US dollars.

合作内容为兖煤澳洲公司向嘉能可及其附属公司、关联实体销售动力煤及冶金煤，交易在日常及一般业务过程中按正常商业条款进行，定价参考GCNewC、API5及Platts半软焦煤等行业指数价格、煤质特征及市场替代品公允价值确定。
