中国石油网消息:3月25日,由国资委机械工业技术发展基金会主办的“节能降碳服务进企业”暨节能装备产业高质量发展大会在安徽合肥顺利召开。

China Petroleum News: On March 25th, the "Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Services for Enterprises" and the High-Quality Development Conference of Energy Conservation Equipment Industry, jointly organized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's Mechanical Industry Technology Development Foundation, was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui Province.


会上公布了《国家工业和信息化领域节能降碳技术装备推荐目录(2025年版)》,由川庆钻探组织申报的“水基岩屑微生物处理土壤化利用技术”成功入选,标志着该技术的先进性与推广价值获得国家层面权威认可。

At the meeting, the "National Recommended Catalogue of Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Technologies and Equipment in the Field of Industry and Information Technology (2025 Edition)" was announced. The "Water-Based Rock Dust Microbial Treatment and Soil Utilization Technology" organized by Chuanqing Drilling was successfully selected, indicating that the advanced nature and promotion value of this technology have received authoritative recognition at the national level.


此次发布的推荐目录覆盖领域广泛,共收录钢铁、石化化工、机械等多个领域的前沿节能降碳技术165项,入选的技术均代表各行业节能降碳领先水平。

The recommended catalogue released this time covers a wide range of fields, including 165 cutting-edge energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies in areas such as steel, petrochemicals, and machinery. All the selected technologies represent the leading levels of energy saving and carbon reduction in respective industries.


“水基岩屑微生物处理土壤化利用技术”创新性构建了“污染物+降解细菌+土壤+植物”联合处理体系,借助微生物的氧化、还原及水解作用,将水基岩屑中的石油烃等有机污染物高效降解为二氧化碳和水,兼具节能降碳效益与生态环保效益。

The "water-based rock debris microbial treatment for soil utilization technology" innovatively established a "pollutant + degrading bacteria + soil + plants" combined treatment system. By leveraging the oxidation, reduction and hydrolysis functions of microorganisms, the organic pollutants such as petroleum hydrocarbons in water-based rock debris were efficiently degraded into carbon dioxide and water, achieving both energy-saving and carbon reduction benefits as well as ecological and environmental protection benefits.


截至目前,该技术相关成果已累计授权发明专利9项,支撑获得省部级科研奖励5项;依托该技术形成的相关菌剂产品,已在川渝地区完成23口井的示范应用,累计处理利用水基岩屑达1.799万立方米。

As of now, the related technological achievements have cumulatively obtained 9 patent rights for invention, and have supported the acquisition of 5 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research awards; the related microbial agent products formed based on this technology have completed 23 well demonstrations in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, and have cumulatively processed and utilized 17,990 cubic meters of water-based rock cuttings.
