海洋石油工程股份有限公司3月27日发布消息,我国自主研发的首套1500kN(千牛顿)智能定位绞车系统在天津集成完工,进入调试阶段。

On March 27th, Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. announced that the first set of 1500kN (kilonewtons) intelligent positioning winch system independently developed by China has been integrated and completed in Tianjin and is now in the debugging stage.


本次集成完工的智能定位绞车系统,可实现作业过程精准定位、智能调控与动态监测,有效提升复杂工况下作业安全和效率。系统单机额定拉力达1500kN,设计寿命30年,核心软件与硬件基本实现国产化。

The intelligent positioning winch system completed in this integration can achieve precise positioning, intelligent control and dynamic monitoring during the operation process, effectively enhancing the safety and efficiency of operations in complex conditions. The single-machine rated pulling force of this system reaches 1500 kN, with a design lifespan of 30 years. The core software and hardware have basically achieved domestic production.


绞车系统是海洋工程作业的关键装备,主要用于系泊固定、拖曳牵引、打捞救援等任务,是海洋科考调查、海洋资源开发、海洋工程作业等领域的重要装备。传统绞车系统高度依赖人工操作,不仅劳动强度大、作业效率低,而且面临响应滞后、工况适应性弱、监测能力不足等带来的作业风险。

The winch system is a key equipment in marine engineering operations, mainly used for mooring fixation, towing and pulling, salvage and rescue, etc. It is an important equipment in fields such as marine scientific research and investigation, marine resource development, and marine engineering operations. The traditional winch system is highly dependent on manual operation, which not only involves high labor intensity and low operational efficiency, but also faces operational risks such as slow response, weak adaptability to working conditions, and insufficient monitoring capabilities.


面对大吨位绞车系统在海洋极端工况下控制难度大、重载冲击大、盐雾腐蚀强等挑战,项目团队攻克多设备协同、远程通信等多项行业技术难题,关键部件采用高强度、高韧性特种合金钢,可满足极端环境下高强度、高负重作业需求,大幅提升装备稳定性。

Facing the challenges such as high control difficulty, heavy load impact and strong salt fog corrosion of the large-tonnage winch system under extreme marine conditions, the project team overcame multiple industry technical difficulties including multi-device collaboration and remote communication. The key components are made of high-strength and high-toughness special alloy steel, which can meet the high-strength and heavy-load operation requirements in extreme environments and significantly improve the stability of the equipment.


近年来,海油工程聚焦海洋油气工程高端装备研发关键领域,先后研发完成深水海管铺设智能监测装备“海卫”系统、我国首套5万吨级拉力千斤顶牵引装船系统等高端海洋工程装备,为我国海洋油气资源开发提供装备支撑。
