On March 26th, the production site of Qinghai Oilfield was bustling with activity. After 70 years of development, this old oilfield still maintains a stable and progressive trend - its crude oil output has continuously reached new highs for three consecutive years, and has maintained an annual production of over 2 million tons for 24 consecutive years.


产能扩容做增量 夯实稳产上产根基

Expand production capacity to increase output and lay a solid foundation for stable and increased production.


青海油田将做大产量基数作为首要任务,深化老井稳产与新井提产“双轮驱动”。

The Qinghai Oilfield has set expanding the production base as its top priority, and is deepening the "dual-wheel drive" approach of maintaining stable production in existing wells and increasing production in new wells.


为了稳住老井产量“基本盘”,青海油田建立起周跟踪、月对标、季通报的常态化管理机制,让每一口老井发挥最大效能。同时,以老油田“压舱石”工程为抓手,构建柴达木盆地长井段、薄互层油气藏开发新模式。尕斯油区经过持续攻坚,成功实现了年产量“重上百万吨”的战略目标,跃进二号东高点油藏获评集团公司高效开发油田。

At the same time, by taking the "balancing stone" project of the old oilfields as the starting point, a new development model for long well sections and thin interbedded oil and gas reservoirs in the Qaidam Basin has been constructed. 在新井部署上,青海油田通过精细地质研究和经济评价,将投资从高风险、低回报区域转向优质储量区块,年产能符合率达到110.5%,同比提升16.5%。以“技术进步提单产、管理提升降投资”为主线,青海油田严把顶层设计质量,严格项目池动态调整,严肃产能标定验收,坚持“论证、实施、评价、调整”四个统一,创新钻井和产能总包模式,构建全流程闭环管控体系,推动剩余储量向效益产量转化、产能项目管理向油气资产价值管理转变。

Focusing on the main line of "improving production per unit by technological progress and reducing investment through management improvement", Qinghai Oilfield strictly controls the quality of top-level design, strictly adjusts the project pool dynamically, strictly conducts capacity calibration and acceptance, adheres to the "four unifications" of "argumentation, implementation, eva luation, and adjustment", innovates drilling and capacity outsourcing models, builds a full-process closed-loop control system, and promotes the transformation of remaining reserves into profitable production, and the management of capacity projects to shift towards the management of oil and gas asset value.

科技挖潜提质效 突破开发技术瓶颈

Strengthen technological exploration to enhance efficiency and break through development technical bottlenecks


技术攻坚是产量持续增长的“硬支撑”。面对资源接替不足、开发条件日益复杂的客观现实,青海油田通过持续、深入、系统性的技术创新,打开地下“黑箱”,解放被束缚的储量,将看似不可及的潜在资源转化为经济高效的现实产量。

Technological breakthroughs serve as the "strong support" for the continuous increase in production. In the face of the objective reality of insufficient resource replacement and increasingly complex development conditions, Qinghai Oilfield has achieved breakthroughs through continuous, in-depth and systematic technological innovation. It has opened up the "black box" of the underground, liberated the restrained reserves, and transformed seemingly inaccessible potential resources into economically efficient actual production.


为了破解关键开发难题,青海油田组建专项技术攻关专班,完成了英雄岭南缘“压舱石”工程、油砂山和花土沟等油藏开发调整共30项高质量重点方案,为科学开发注入强劲动能。

To solve the key development problems, Qinghai Oilfield established a special technical research team and completed 30 high-quality key plans for the "balance stone" project at the Hero Lingnan area, as well as the development and adjustment of oil reservoirs such as Oil Sand Mountain and Huatugou. These efforts have injected strong impetus into the scientific development of the oilfield.


在现场应用上,青海油田加大微生物清防蜡等自研技术应用力度,实现措施增油质效双提升,自然递减率、综合递减率分别同比下降1.1、0.8个百分点。智能分注工艺的推广应用使分注合格率同比提高10.7个百分点,显著改善了水驱效果。

In terms of on-site application, Qinghai Oilfield has intensified the application of its own-developed technologies such as microbial wax removal and prevention. This has led to a double improvement in both measures' oil production quality and efficiency. The natural decline rate and comprehensive decline rate have decreased by 1.1 and 0.8 percentage points respectively compared to the previous period. The promotion and application of intelligent multi-injection technology have increased the qualified rate of multi-injection by 10.7 percentage points, significantly enhancing the water drive effect.


同时,智慧生产指挥中心的建成投运和油气生产物联网(二期)工程的完成,实现了全域生产数据实时汇聚,为油田核心业务发展全面赋能。

Meanwhile, the completion of the intelligent production command center and the completion of the oil and gas production Internet of Things (Phase II) project have enabled real-time aggregation of all production data across the entire area, providing comprehensive support for the development of the core business of the oilfield.



精细管控保实效 推动发展质量升级

精细化管理的核心是从“粗放式”的经验驱动,转向“精准化”的数据和流程驱动,也是青海油田高质量发展的“稳定器”。

The core of refined management is to shift from the "extensive" approach driven by experience to the "precise" approach driven by data and processes. This is also the "stabilizer" for the high-quality development of Qinghai Oilfield.


围绕油气生产中心任务,青海油田横向统筹业务单元、纵向贯通产业链条,高效保障生产经营指标圆满完成,大运行格局不断完善。秉持“早谋划、早部署、早实施、早见效”的“四早”准则,年修订完善10项管理办法,让开发秩序更加规范。

Centered on the key task of oil and gas production, Qinghai Oilfield has comprehensively coordinated business units horizontally and integrated the industrial chain vertically, effectively ensuring the successful completion of production and operation indicators, and continuously improving the overall operation mechanism. Adhering to the "four early" principle of "early planning, early deployment, early implementation, and early results", 10 management methods were revised and improved annually, making the development order more standardized.


在油藏认识上,持续开展精细油藏描述,去年建立11套测井精细解释图版,指导措施增油近2400吨。同时,通过沉积微相研究支撑部署的95口新井,平均单井日产达2.33吨。

In terms of reservoir understanding, we have continuously carried out detailed reservoir description. Last year, we established 11 sets of detailed well logging interpretation charts, which guided the implementation of measures and increased oil production by nearly 2,400 tons. At the same time, through the study of sedimentary microfacies, we supported the deployment of 95 new wells, with an average daily production of 2.33 tons per well.


在过程控制中,青海油田将注采调控作为“一把手”工程,2025年实施注采调控措施3225井次,自然递减率降至11.38%。

In process control, Qinghai Oilfield regards the injection-production regulation as a "top-level" project. By 2025, 3,225 injection-production regulation measures were implemented, and the natural decline rate dropped to 11.38%.


效益导向贯穿始终,通过推进措施“四个转变”,年实施油井措施885口,增油超10万吨,吨油措施费同比下降12.6%,实现了“增油不增本”。

The focus on benefits runs throughout. Through the implementation of "four transformations" of measures, 885 oil wells were treated annually, resulting in an increase of over 100,000 tons of oil production. The cost per ton of measures decreased by 12.6% compared to the previous year, achieving the goal of "increasing oil production without increasing costs".


同时,青海油田通过建立钻机一体化运行机制,在钻机数量同比减少2部的情况下,增加进尺9万米,平均建井周期缩短26.67%。

Meanwhile, Qinghai Oilfield has established an integrated operation mechanism for drilling rigs. Despite a 2-unit reduction in the number of drilling rigs, the drilling footage increased by 90,000 meters, and the average well construction period was shortened by 26.67%.
