中国石油网消息：3月26日，大庆石化首次生产的两款B型氯化聚乙烯新产品发运出厂，精准投放目标客户，标志着该企业在产品高端化、差异化发展道路上迈出了新的步伐。

China Oil News: On March 26th, two new types of B-grade chlorinated polyethylene products produced by Daqing Petrochemical were dispatched from the factory. They were precisely delivered to target customers, marking a new step taken by the enterprise on the path of developing its products towards higher-end and differentiated markets.

作为适用于加工汽车内胎、电线护套、电梯扶手等领域的基础树脂，这两款产品通用性较强，进一步丰富了B型氯化聚乙烯产品的牌号序列。

As basic resins applicable to the processing of automotive inner tubes, wire sheaths, elevator handrails, etc., these two products have strong versatility and further enrich the product range of B-type chlorinated polyethylene.

为确保新产品从研发到量产再到发运全链条顺畅，大庆石化聚烯烃部将质量管控关口前移，在技术攻关和生产组织上下足功夫。在生产准备阶段，技术开发人员联合质量专业人员开展多轮化验分析与数据积累，通过精准“画像”逐一确定关键指标，从源头保障检测数据准确可靠。

To ensure a smooth production process for the new product from research and development to mass production and shipment, the Polyolefin Department of Daqing Petrochemical Company has moved the quality control checkpoint forward. They have made great efforts in technical research and production organization. During the production preparation stage, technical developers and quality professionals jointly conducted multiple rounds of laboratory analysis and data accumulation. Through precise "profile" creation, they determined the key indicators one by one, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test data from the source.

针对新产品特性，团队反复优化配方设计，确保能够精准满足客户潜在需求。生产过程中，技术人员扎根现场全程跟踪指导，及时解决生产过程中的各类“疑难杂症”，确保首批新产品高质量落地。

Based on the characteristics of the new product, the team repeatedly optimized the formula design to ensure that it could precisely meet the potential needs of customers. During the production process, the technicians stayed at the site and provided continuous on-site guidance, promptly resolving various "difficult and complex issues" encountered during the production process, ensuring the successful launch of the first batch of new products with high quality.

“与公司同类产品相比，这两款产品的工艺适配性更广，有助于我们拓展应用领域、开拓新客户群体。”大庆石化聚烯烃部低压聚乙烯装置区负责人朱泓宇表示。

"Compared with the similar products of the company, these two products have a wider range of process compatibility, which helps us expand our application fields and attract new customer groups," said Zhu Hongyu, the director of the Low-Pressure Polyethylene Unit Area of Daqing Petrochemical Polyolefin Department.
