日常保养(每日开机前/停机后，简单易操作)，重点盯3点：

　　1. 外观清洁：擦净设备表面，清理进气口滤芯的灰尘杂物，防止粉尘进入腔体磨损叶轮;检查管道接口、密封处，无漏气、漏油、漏水痕迹即可。

1. Exterior cleanliness: Clean the surface of the equipment, remove dust and debris from the air intake filter, to prevent dust from entering the chamber and damaging the impeller; Check the pipe interfaces and sealing areas, and there should be no signs of air leakage, oil leakage or water leakage.

　　2. 参数核对：开机后看压力表、温度表，确保进气温度(5-40℃)、排气压力符合设备额定范围，无大幅波动。

2. Parameter verification: After powering on, check the pressure gauge and temperature gauge to ensure that the intake temperature (5 - 40℃) and exhaust pressure are within the equipment's rated range and do not fluctuate significantly.

　　3. 异常排查：听运转声音，无尖锐异响、剧烈振动;摸电机、轴承外壳，不烫手(不超70℃)，有异常立即停机。

3. Abnormality Detection: Listen to the operating sound; there should be no sharp abnormal noise or violent vibration. Feel the motor and the bearing housing; it should not be hot (not exceeding 70℃). If any abnormality is detected, stop the machine immediately.

　　定期保养(分月/季/年，核心是“换、查、校”)，是保养关键：

Regular maintenance (by month/quarter/year, with the core steps being "replace, inspect, and calibrate") is the key to maintenance:

　　1. 月度：进气滤芯是否正常工作、冷却器是否漏水，检查皮带松紧(如有)，补充润滑油至标准刻度，确认管道阀门灵活。

1.Monthly: Check if the air filter is functioning properly, whether the radiator is leaking, inspect the belt tightness (if any), replenish the lubricating oil to the standard level, and ensure that the pipeline valves are flexible.

　　2. 季度：更换润滑油和机油滤芯，检查叶轮间隙，清理扩压器积尘结垢，校准压力、温度仪表，保证数据精准。

2. Quarterly: Replace the lubricating oil and oil filter, check the gap of the impeller, clean the accumulated dust and scale on the diffuser, calibrate the pressure and temperature gauges to ensure accurate data.

　　3. 年度：全面拆解检查，更换轴承、密封件等易损件，检测叶轮、主轴磨损情况，完成全面校准调试。

3. Annual Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive disassembly and inspection, replace wear-prone parts such as bearings and seals, assess the wear conditions of the impeller and the main shaft, and complete the overall calibration and debugging.

　　保养禁忌必避开，别踩坑：

Maintenance Precautions Must Be Observed to Avoid Mishaps:

　　严禁用劣质润滑油，防止腐蚀轴承、叶轮;设备运行时禁止拆解保养，必须停机断电;不随意调整叶轮间隙、压力参数，避免引发喘振;长期停机需排空积水、润滑油，密封进气口，防止部件锈蚀。

It is strictly prohibited to use inferior lubricating oil to prevent corrosion of bearings and impellers. During equipment operation, disassembly and maintenance are not allowed; the equipment must be shut down and power disconnected. Do not adjust the gap of the impeller or pressure parameters at will to avoid triggering surge; for long-term shutdown, the accumulated water and lubricating oil must be drained, and the air intake port must be sealed to prevent rusting of components.

　　离心式压缩机保养没复杂技巧，做好日常检查、按时定期维护、避开禁忌，就能长期稳定供气，减少故障停机，降低维护成本。

There are no complex techniques for the maintenance of centrifugal compressors.
