近日,中国船舶集团有限公司七一一所下属齐耀科技自主研发的国内首套1.5吨/小时液化天然气(LNG)深冷装置顺利完成工厂验收测试(FAT)。该装置在FAT期间圆满完成200小时满负荷连续运转考核,各项性能指标达到设计要求并完成装船。此举标志着我国在远洋船舶LNG蒸发气处理领域实现关键装备的国产化突破。

Recently, the domestic first 1.5-ton/hour liquefied natural gas (LNG) deep cooling device independently developed by Qi Yao Technology, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation No. 711 Institute, successfully completed the factory acceptance test (FAT). During the FAT, the device successfully completed a 200-hour full-load continuous operation assessment, and all performance indicators met the design requirements and were completed for shipment. This move marks a breakthrough in the domestication of key equipment in the field of LNG evaporative gas treatment for ocean-going vessels in China.


核心装备:深冷装置为何是LNG船的“心脏”?

Core equipment: Why is the cryogenic unit the "heart" of an LNG vessel?


深冷装置是LNG加注船与LNG运输船液货系统的核心设备。其产生的冷量将LNG深冷后喷淋回舱,实现BOG(蒸发气)的再次平衡液化。

The cryogenic equipment is the core component of the liquid cargo system of LNG refueling vessels and LNG transport ships. The cold energy it generates will cool the LNG and spray it back into the tank, thereby achieving the re-balancing and liquefaction of BOG (vaporized gas).


该工艺不仅能避免BOG直接燃烧排放带来的经济损失与温室效应,还可将液货舱温度与压力稳定控制在理想区间,从源头上抑制BOG产生,具备稳定高效、安全可靠、长周期免维护等显著优势。

This process not only avoids the economic losses and greenhouse effect caused by direct combustion of BOG, but also can stably control the temperature and pressure of the liquid cargo tank within the ideal range, effectively preventing the generation of BOG at its source. It has significant advantages such as stable and efficient operation, safety and reliability, and long-term maintenance-free.


打破垄断:从1.0吨/小时到1.5吨/小时的突破

Breaking the monopoly: A breakthrough from 1.0 ton/hour to 1.5 ton/hour


长期以来,深冷装置的关键技术与产品均被国外少数企业垄断,成为制约我国大型LNG船自主化发展的短板之一。

For a long time, the key technologies and products of cryogenic equipment have been monopolized by a few foreign enterprises, which has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the independent development of large LNG ships in our country.


继2024年成功交付国内首台套小型LNG加注船1.0吨/小时深冷装置后,齐耀科技历时两年持续攻关,在多项核心技术上实现突破与优化,成功研制出国内首个应用于大型LNG运输船的深冷装置。

Following the successful delivery of the country's first set of 1.0 ton/hour cryogenic equipment for a small-scale LNG refueling vessel in 2024, Qi Yao Technology spent two years conducting continuous research and development. They achieved breakthroughs and optimizations in multiple core technologies and successfully developed the first cryogenic device for large-scale LNG transport vessels in China.


“魔鬼测试”:200小时满负荷运转一次性通过

"Devil Test": Passed with flying colors after 200 hours of full-load operation


为确保实船运行的可靠性与稳定性,项目团队设定了远超行业现有规范的测试标准。此次FAT中堪称“魔鬼测试”的200小时连续满负荷运行考核,由山东海洋能源基于真实远洋航线的严苛工况提出,于沪东中华“陆上LNG低温工程中试平台”模拟实船工况环境开展实效测试,并在挪威船级社验船师的全程见证下一次性通过。

To ensure the reliability and stability of the actual ship's operation, the project team set test standards far exceeding the current industry norms. The 200-hour continuous full-load operation assessment, which was described as a "devilish test" in this FAT, was proposed by Shandong Ocean Energy based on the harsh conditions of real ocean routes. It was conducted in the actual ship operation environment of the Hudong-Zhonghua "Onshore LNG Low-Temperature Engineering Pilot Platform", and was effectively tested under the full supervision of the Norwegian Classification Society's surveyors. It was successfully completed in one go.


这表明该装置已具备满足实船长期、稳定、安全运营的严苛条件,确保其在未来长达20年的运营周期内具备极致的稳定性和可靠性。该装置已正式搭载于江南造船17.5万立方米大型LNG运输船。

This indicates that the device has met the stringent requirements for long-term, stable and safe operation of a real ship, ensuring its ultimate stability and reliability throughout a 20-year operational period in the future. The device has been officially installed on the 175,000-cubic-meter large LNG carrier built by Jiangnan Shipbuilding.
