中国石油网消息：6月18日，由寰球公司总承包的福建中沙古雷150万吨/年乙烯主装置中间交接仪式举行，标志着项目建设阶段圆满收官，为装置联动试车全面启动打下了坚实基础。

China Oil News: On June 18th, the intermediate handover ceremony for the 1.5 million-ton/year ethylene main plant in Zhongsha Guilei, Fujian Province, which was constructed under the general contracting by Global Company, was held. This marked the successful conclusion of the construction phase and laid a solid foundation for the full launch of the plant's joint trial run.

中沙古雷乙烯项目是福建省迄今为止单笔投资额最大的中外合资产业项目、中沙共建“一带一路”标杆工程。乙烯装置作为项目的核心装置，最大乙烯生产能力达到180万吨/年，是目前世界上产能最大的同类装置。

The Zhongsha Guarei Ethylene Project is the largest foreign-invested industrial project in Fujian Province to date, and it is also a benchmark project for China-Saudi Arabia's joint construction of the "Belt and Road Initiative". The ethylene plant, as the core facility of the project, has a maximum ethylene production capacity of 1.8 million tons per year, which is currently the largest of its kind in the world.

作为EPC总承包方，寰球公司在为期840天的建设阶段，创下多项行业纪录：32天完成5台超限塔器的“穿衣戴帽、塔起灯亮”吊装工作；100天完成10台世界处理能力最大的裂解炉辐射室的组装和吊装工作；10个月完成10台裂解炉主体封顶，较常规工期提前2个月；重达千吨的冷箱采用全模块化异地组装，一次吊装就位。

As the EPC general contractor, Global Company achieved several industry records during the 840-day construction period: 5 oversized tower equipment were "dressed and capped, tower erected and lights on" within 32 days; 10 radiation chambers of the world's largest cracking furnaces were assembled and lifted within 100 days; the main structures of 10 cracking furnaces were topped off in 10 months, 2 months ahead of the conventional schedule; the heavy cold boxes, weighing over a thousand tons, were assembled in a fully modular manner at a remote location and lifted into place in one go.

项目建设过程中，寰球项目部会同主力施工单位首次提出无尾项施工的理念，充分发挥EPC各专业间高效协同优势，在工程实体上追求“一次成型”“一次成优”，通过“增效”实现“降本”目标。项目累计打造45个样板工程，斩获业主质量奖14项，管道焊接一次合格率达98.87%。

During the project construction process, the Global Project Department, in collaboration with the main construction units, first proposed the concept of "zero tailings" construction, fully leveraging the efficient collaborative advantages among various specialties in the EPC model. They aimed to achieve "one-time completion" and "one-time excellence" in the engineering entities, and achieved the goal of "cost reduction" through "efficiency enhancement". The project has created a total of 45 sample projects, won 14 quality awards from the owners, and the one-time qualification rate of pipeline welding reached 98.87%.
