陕西 陕西省发展和改革委员会发布关于做好2026年迎峰度夏能源保供工作的通知。抓实煤炭稳产稳供。各产煤市发展改革部门要落实属地责任，督促煤炭企业在安全前提下依法合规释放先进产能，做到应产尽产、稳产增产。进一步压实煤炭企业保供主体责任，强化电煤中长期合同履约监管，迎峰度夏期间月度履约率不低于90%。铁路部门要强化运力统筹，优先保障电煤运输，对存煤偏低电厂实施精准保供。发电企业要严格执行电煤库存日报告制度，迎峰度夏前统调电厂存煤可用天数提升至20天以上，度夏期间存煤低于15天电厂动态清零。
