中国石油网消息：当地时间5月20日傍晚，中油测井土库曼斯坦环里海项目B479井作业现场，经过近8个小时的奋战，58351作业队完成了54毫米无枪身过油管射孔任务，单串射孔厚度达到6米，打破了无枪身过油管射孔作业长度纪录。

China Oil News: On the evening of May 20th local time, at the drilling site of the Turkestan Caspian Sea project of China Oil Well Logging in Turkmenistan, after nearly 8 hours of hard work, the 58351 operation team completed the 54-millimeter no-gun-body through-tubing perforation task. The single-string perforation depth reached 6 meters, breaking the record for the length of no-gun-body through-tubing perforation operations.

2025年，为满足意大利国家碳化氢公司（ENI）射孔项目需求，中油测井积极组织旗下射孔器材公司，对无枪身弹架和无枪身雷管座进行技术攻关和协同改进，并依据国际公司现场使用情况完成参数调整。经过多次迭代优化，于5月实现了新射孔设备的定型工作，投入生产后取得了良好的应用效果。

In 2025, to meet the perforation project requirements of the Italian National Hydrogen Carbon Company (ENI), China Oil Well Logging actively organized its perforating equipment company to conduct technical research and collaborative improvement on the gunless cartridge frame and gunless detonator seat. Based on the on-site usage conditions of international companies, parameter adjustments were completed. Through multiple iterations and optimizations, the new perforating equipment was finalized in May, and after being put into production, it achieved excellent application results.

在过去多年的油田射孔作业史上，中油测井作为单串射孔作业长度纪录保持者，其自主研发的“先锋”射孔器在62毫米油管创造的单串作业长度纪录为4米。同时期其他公司同类产品作业最大长度只有3米，一旦超出这个长度，射孔作业时会容易发生设备遇卡，甚至拉断电缆等事故。

Over the past many years in the history of oil well perforation operations, China Oil Well Logging Company, as the record holder of the single-string perforation operation length, has independently developed the "Vanguard" perforating tool. This tool achieved a single-string operation length record of 4 meters in 62-millimeter tubing. During the same period, the maximum operation length of similar products from other companies was only 3 meters. Once the operation length exceeded this limit, perforation operations were prone to equipment getting stuck or even cable breakage accidents.

此次，中油测井将这种无枪身过油管射孔单串作业长度推高至6米，再次刷新了历史纪录。

This time, China Oil Well Logging Company has increased the length of this gunless over-tubular perforation single-string operation to 6 meters, once again setting a new historical record.

据测算，中油测井仅在土库曼斯坦这一单一项目中就已完成射孔作业210多口，射孔器材总共下井400串/次，节约电雷管300个，节省密封脂100桶，通过降本增效节约了100多万元。

According to the calculation, China Oil Well Testing Company alone has completed more than 210 perforation operations in the Turkmenistan project. The total number of perforation tools lowered into the well was 400 strings per time. They saved 300 electric detonators and 100 barrels of sealing grease. Through cost reduction and efficiency improvement, they saved over 1 million yuan.
