5月16日，新疆立新能源股份有限公司发布公告，其控股子公司奇台县能投合创发电有限公司取得昌吉回族自治州发改委核发的三个风电项目备案证，分别为能投合创奇台县75万千瓦风电项目、新疆能源北疆投资奇台县75万千瓦风电项目和新疆能源奇台县100万千瓦风电项目，总投资分别为25.3亿元、25.3亿元和33.1亿元。  

On May 16th, Xinjiang Li New Energy Co., Ltd. issued a public announcement. Its holding subsidiary, Qitai County Energy Investment Hechuang Power Generation Co., Ltd., obtained three wind power project approval certificates issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Changji Uygur Autonomous Prefecture. These projects include the Energy Investment Hechuang Qitai County 750,000-kilowatt wind power project, the Xinjiang Energy North Xinjiang Investment Qitai County 750,000-kilowatt wind power project, and the Xinjiang Energy Qitai County 1,000,000-kilowatt wind power project. The total investment amounts for these projects are 2.53 billion yuan, 2.53 billion yuan, and 3.31 billion yuan respectively.

5月11日，国家能源集团菏泽公司东明9.375万千瓦分散式风电项目取得核准批复，拟安装15台单机容量6.25兆瓦的风电机组，每年可减少二氧化碳排放约14.92万吨。

On May 11th, the Dongming 93.75thousand kilo-watt distributed wind power project of the Heze Branch of the National Energy Group received the approval for construction. It plans to install 15 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6.25 megawatts， which is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 149，200 tons annually.

3. 明阳智能中标中广核300MW海上风电机组订单

3. Mingyang Intelligent has won the order for 300MW offshore wind turbine units from CGN.

5月15日，中广核发布中标结果公告，明阳智能中标广东阳江三山岛五海上风电项目二标段，中标价格761,940,000.00元，二标段装机容量300MW。

On May 15th, China General Nuclear Power Corporation released the announcement of the winning bid results. Mingyang Intelligent won the bid for the second phase of the Five Offshore Wind Power Project on Sanshan Island in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province. The winning bid price was 761,940,000.00 yuan, and the installed capacity of the second phase was 300MW.

该项目规划总装机容量500MW，拟布置12台单机装机容量为16.2MW、17台单机装机容量为18MW的海上风机。一标段由金风科技预中标，装机容量200MW，投标报价510,300,000.00元。  

The total installed capacity of this project is planned to be 500MW. It is intended to install 12 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 16.2MW and 17 wind turbines with a single-unit capacity of 18MW at sea. The first segment was pre-awarded to Goldwind Technology, with an installed capacity of 200MW and a bid price of 510,300,000.00 yuan.

4. 中石油海南某海上风电项目，开标！

4. The bidding for a certain offshore wind power project of China National Petroleum Corporation in Hainan has begun!

5月15日，中国石油海南某海上风电项目第一阶段前期技术咨询及专题报告编制中标候选人公示。第一中标候选人为中国电建集团中南勘测设计研究院有限公司，投标报价32641500元。该项目总装机容量为602MW，包含43台14MW及以上风机，配套建设220千伏海上升压站、陆上集控中心和网箱养殖平台等工程。

On May 15th, the list of the winning candidates for the first phase of the pre-technical consultation and special report compilation of a certain offshore wind power project in Hainan, China, was announced. The first winning candidate was China Electric Power Construction Group Central South Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 32,641,500 yuan. The total installed capacity of this project is 602MW, including 43 wind turbines of 14MW and above, and it also includes the construction of a 220-kilovolt offshore substation, an onshore control center, and a floating cage aquaculture platform, etc.

5. 国家电投哈密北100万千瓦风储一体化项目全部风机吊装完成

5. The installation of all the wind turbines for the 100-megawatt wind-storage integrated project of China Electric Power Investment in Hami has been completed.

5月15日，国家电投哈密北100万千瓦风储一体化项目119台风机全部吊装完成，项目位于新疆哈密市巴里坤县三塘湖镇，总装机100万千瓦，配套建设220千伏升压站及10万千瓦/20万千瓦时储能系统，年上网电量约24.41亿千瓦时。

On May 15th, all 119 wind turbines of the 100-megawatt wind-storage integrated project of China Electric Power Investment Group in Hami were successfully hoisted. The project is located in Santanghu Town, Bari Kun County, Hami City, Xinjiang. It has a total installed capacity of 100 megawatts and is equipped with a 220-kilovolt transformer station and a 10-megawatt/20-megawatt-hour energy storage system. The annual net power generation is approximately 2.441 billion kilowatt-hours.

6. 总投资超42亿元！广东300MW海上风电项目核准公示

近日，广东省徐闻县发改局发布中核集团新华发电湛江徐闻东二海上风电项目核准前公示。项目位于徐闻县锦和镇以东海域，总规划容量300MW，总投资421007.18万元，由新华龙源（徐闻）新能源有限公司建设，将通过租赁的方式配置30MW/60MWh的储能，建设期13个月。  

Recently, the Development and Reform Bureau of Xun County, Guangdong Province, released the pre-publication for the approval of the Zhonghe Nuclear Group Xinhua Power Generation Zhanjiang Xunwei Dong Er Offshore Wind Power Project. The project is located in the sea area east of Jinhe Town, Xun County. The total planned capacity is 300MW, with a total investment of 421,007,180 yuan. It will be constructed by Xinhualongyuan (Xunwei) New Energy Co., Ltd. and will incorporate 30MW/60MWh of energy storage through leasing. The construction period is 13 months.

7. 明阳智能斩获250MW风机订单

5月18日，粤电小草湖25万千瓦风电项目风力发电机组采购（第二次招标）中标结果公布，明阳智能中标，中标价格为422,000,000.00元。项目位于新疆吐鲁番托克逊县，总装机容量250MW，拟采购单机容量为10MW及以上的风电机组，要求2026年11月30日前全部风机完成并网。

On May 18th, the winning result of the second round bidding for the wind turbine equipment procurement of the 250,000-kilowatt wind power project of Yue Electric Co., Ltd. was announced. Mingyang Intelligent won the bid, with the winning price being 422,000,000.00 yuan. The project is located in Tuokson County, Turpan City, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 250MW. It plans to purchase wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 10MW or above, and requires that all the wind turbines be connected to the grid by November 30, 2026.

5月18日，吉林松原能发扶余一号70万千瓦风电项目EPC中标候选人公示，中国电力工程顾问集团东北电力设计院有限公司为第一中标候选人，投标报价34.2206亿元，单价4889元/kW。

On May 18th, the list of candidates for the EPC contract of the 700,000-kilowatt wind power project of Fuyu No.1 in Songyuan, Jilin Province was publicly announced. China Power Engineering Consulting Group Northeast Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. was the first candidate and submitted a bid price of 3.42206 billion yuan, with a unit price of 4,889 yuan per kilowatt.

项目位于扶余市多个乡镇，新建单机容量8.5兆瓦风电机组70台、7.5兆瓦风电机组14台，其中包含46台160米混塔，38台125米钢塔，总装机容量700兆瓦。招标人为松原市能源集团扶余市新风电力有限公司。计划2026年5月21日开工，2027年10月30日全容量并网。  

The project is located in multiple towns of Fuyu City. 70 single-unit capacity 8.5-megawatt wind turbines and 14 7.5-megawatt wind turbines have been newly installed. Among them, there are 46 160-meter hybrid towers and 38 125-meter steel towers. The total installed capacity is 700 megawatts. The tenderer is Songyuan Energy Group Fuyu New Wind Power Co., Ltd. The project is scheduled to start construction on May 21, 2026 and be fully connected to the grid on October 30, 2027.

9. 东方风电预中标华能135MW风机订单

9. Dongfang Wind Power has been awarded the bid for a 135MW wind turbine order from Huaneng.

5月18日，东方风电成为华能新疆公司楼兰风电等项目标段六的第一中标候选人，中标金额2.439亿元，单价1807元/kW。该项目包括华能通道金殿100MW风电项目和华能枣阳新市35MW风电项目及其配套储能项目，单机容量要求分别为6.25MW和5MW，本次招标不含塔筒。  

On May 18th, Dongfang Wind Power was selected as the first successful bidder for the sixth segment of the projects of Huaneng Xinjiang Company's Loulan Wind Power and other projects. The total winning bid amount was 243.9 million yuan, with a unit price of 1,807 yuan per kW. This project includes the 100MW wind power project of Huaneng Channel Jin Ding and the 35MW wind power project of Huaneng Jiaoyang Xinzhi, along with their corresponding energy storage projects. The single-unit capacity requirements are 6.25MW and 5MW respectively. This tender does not include the tower frames.

10. 中核汇能四川省268MW风电项目开工

5月15日，由中核汇能四川公司投资建设的凉山昭觉马觉风电项目正式开工建设，计划2027年9月首批风机并网，2028年4月全面投产，项目总装机容量268MW，计划安装40台单机容量6.7MW的风力发电机组。

On May 15th, the Lianxiang Zhaogu Maju Wind Power Project, invested and constructed by China Nuclear Energy Huaneng Sichuan Company, officially started construction. It is planned that the first batch of wind turbines will be connected to the grid in September 2027, and the project will be fully operational in April 2028. The total installed capacity of the project is 268MW, and it is planned to install 40 wind turbine units with a single capacity of 6.7MW.

On May 17th, the Ulaanbaatar Middle Banner 560,000-kilowatt wind power project of the Huaineng Barinao'er City Sand Control and Wind-PV Integration Project was officially connected to the grid. The project has a total investment of 2.253 billion yuan, a total installed capacity of 560 megawatts, and 62 wind turbines have been installed.

12.运达股份斩获华电新疆40万千瓦风机订单

5月20日，新疆华电伊犁州40万千瓦风电项目风力发电机组设备采购中标结果公布，运达股份中标，投标报价76748.16万元。其中伊宁县项目总容量为30万千瓦，7.15MV≤单机容量≤8.5MW；尼勒克县项目总容量为10万千瓦，7.15WW≤单机容量≤8.5MW。

5月18日，中车株洲所研制的9.1MWD220双馈型风力发电机组在青海海西州完成首台机组吊装，这是目前超高海拔地区单机容量最大的风电机组。项目总装机容量达550MW，共安装61台9.1MWD220双馈型风力发电机组。

On May 18th, the 9.1MWD220 doubly-fed wind turbine generator developed by CRRC Zhuzhou Factory was successfully lifted and installed for the first time in Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. This is currently the largest single-unit capacity wind turbine in extremely high-altitude areas. The total installed capacity of the project is 550MW, and a total of 61 9.1MWD220 doubly-fed wind turbines have been installed.

大理州祥云县天峰山风电场（二期）项目总装机容量4.29万千瓦，项目总投资23304.50万元，项目单位为华能新能源（祥云）有限公司。

5月19日，三峡能源山东莘县10万千瓦风电项目实现全容量并网发电，项目配置16台单机容量6.25兆瓦混塔式风力发电机组，年上网电量约1.96亿千瓦时。  

On May 19th, the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project of Sanxia Energy in Xin County, Shandong Province achieved full capacity grid connection. The project is equipped with 16 single-unit capacity 6.25-megawatt hybrid tower-type wind turbines, and the annual net power generation is approximately 196 million kilowatt-hours.

19. 广西崇左市36MW分散式风电项目获核准

5月21日，广西崇左市发改委核准华驭新能源扶绥县东门镇分散式风电项目。该项目由扶绥华驭新能源有限公司建设，共包含6个子项目，每个子项目装机容量为6兆瓦，总装机容量36兆瓦，总投资20336.23万元。

On May 21st, the Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region approved the distributed wind power project of Huayu New Energy in Dongmen Town, Fusu County. This project is constructed by Fusu Huayu New Energy Co., Ltd. It consists of 6 sub-projects, each with an installed capacity of 6 megawatts, totaling 36 megawatts of installed capacity and a total investment of 203,362,300 yuan.

20. 中节能湖北咸丰县50MW风电场项目获核准

5月20日，中节能咸丰县南部风电场项目获得湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州咸丰县发展和改革局核准批复。项目位于咸丰县曲江镇，装机容量50兆瓦，拟安装8台单机容量6.25兆瓦的风力发电机组。  

On May 20th, the Sanying County Southern Wind Power Project of China Energy Conservation and Utilization was approved by the Development and Reform Bureau of Xianfeng County, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hubei Province. The project is located in Qujiang Town, Xianfeng County, with an installed capacity of 50 megawatts. It plans to install 8 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 6.25 megawatts.
