中国石油网消息：5月6日获悉，“昆仑”水工沥青成功中标亚洲最大沥青面板抽水蓄能电站——辽宁朝阳抽水蓄能电站项目，中标总量达1.6万吨。这是中石油炼油特色产品有限公司（简称炼特产品公司）与辽河石化公司深化产销研联动、服务国家重大清洁能源工程的标志性成果。

China Petroleum News: On May 6th, it was learned that "Kunlun" hydraulic asphalt has successfully won the bid for the largest asphalt panel pumped storage power station project in Asia - the Liaoning Chaoyang Pumped Storage Power Station Project. The total bid volume reached 16,000 tons. This is a landmark achievement of the deepening of production, sales and research collaboration between China Petroleum Refining Characteristic Products Co., Ltd. (referred to as Refining Special Products Company) and Liaohe Petrochemical Company, and the provision of services for major national clean energy projects.

辽宁朝阳抽水蓄能电站坐拥多项行业首创纪录：亚洲单体库盆面积最大、全国首例严寒地区软基防渗、辽宁省首个上下水库均采用沥青混凝土面板防渗工程。

The Liaoning Chaoyang Pumped Storage Power Station holds several industry-first records: it has the largest single reservoir basin area in Asia, it is the first project in the country to adopt anti-seepage measures for soft soil in extremely cold regions, and it is the first in Liaoning Province to use asphalt concrete panels for anti-seepage in both the upper and lower reservoirs.

项目地处东北极寒区域，需直面零下35.7摄氏度极端低温考验，对水工沥青低温抗裂性、防渗耐久性、抗流变性能提出了极为严苛的技术要求，产品品质直接关乎工程防渗安全与长效运行。

The project is located in the extremely cold region of the north. It needs to withstand the extreme low temperature of minus 35.7 degrees Celsius. This poses extremely strict technical requirements for the low-temperature crack resistance, anti-seepage durability and rheological properties of the water engineering asphalt. The quality of the product directly affects the safety of the anti-seepage of the project and its long-term operation.

此次中标供货的定制化高寒水工沥青，由辽河石化立足项目特殊工况专项研发、专属生产。产品甄选优质基础原料，搭载专用改性配方，核心性能指标全面优于工程设计标准，可长效抵御极端低温冻融与湿陷性黄土地基变形双重考验。

The customized high-altitude water engineering asphalt that was successfully bid for this time was specially developed and produced by Liaohe Petrochemical based on the unique working conditions of the project. The product selects high-quality raw materials and incorporates special modification formulas. Its core performance indicators are all superior to the engineering design standards, and it can effectively withstand the dual challenges of extreme low-temperature freeze-thaw and deformation of the wet and collapsible loess foundation for a long time.

According to the project construction plan, the batch of customized high-altitude water engineering asphalt will officially start supply in June this year.
