“十五五”开局，我国多个重大油气基础设施项目建设加速，多个主干管道、储气调峰工程稳步推进，持续织密全国油气输送网络，为建设能源强国夯实根基。

In the early stage of the "14th Five-Year Plan", numerous major oil and gas infrastructure projects in China have been accelerated, and several main pipelines and gas storage and peak regulation projects have been advancing steadily. The national oil and gas transportation network has been continuously expanded, laying a solid foundation for building an energy power country.

近日，在国家管网集团海南LNG二期工程建设现场，重达821吨的3# LNG储罐穹顶成功完成“气升顶”，标志着项目实现阶段性重大进展。

Recently, at the construction site of the second phase of the Hainan LNG project of the National Pipeline Group, the 3# LNG storage tank dome weighing 821 tons successfully completed the "gas-assisted lifting", marking a significant progress in the project at this stage.

作为“十五五”期间国家管网优化华南及东盟区域能源布局的关键举措，此次“气升顶”的成功为后续4#、5#储罐建设开启了“加速通道”，也为海南自贸港未来打造东盟区域LNG资源供应中心及亚太仓储转运枢纽奠定坚实基础。

As a key measure for optimizing the national pipeline network's energy distribution in South China and the ASEAN region during the "15th-16th" period, the success of this "gas lift-up" has opened up an "accelerated path" for the construction of the 4th and 5th storage tanks, and has also laid a solid foundation for the future establishment of the ASEAN regional LNG resource supply center and the Asia-Pacific warehousing and transfer hub in Hainan Free Trade Port.

本次完成“气升顶”的海南LNG 3#储罐容积22万立方米，罐顶总重821吨，升顶高度约43米，相当于15层楼的高度。作业依托封闭空间压力差原理，采用多台风机协同联合作业方式，将拱顶平稳提升至指定位置。

This time, the 3# storage tank of the Hainan LNG facility completed the "gas lift topping" operation. The tank has a volume of 220,000 cubic meters, with a total weight of 821 tons at the tank top. The lifting height is approximately 43 meters, equivalent to the height of 15 floors. The operation relied on the principle of pressure difference in a confined space and adopted a multi-ventilator collaborative operation method to smoothly lift the dome to the designated position.

项目深度运用数字化管控手段，实时监控拱顶上升轨迹，确保拱顶全程处于平稳可控状态，有效规避了传统人工监测产生的测量偏差，实现储罐拱顶与抗压环对接偏差保持在2mm以内、拱顶方位偏差控制在5mm以内，提升了升顶作业精度控制。

The project extensively employs digital control methods to monitor the rising trajectory of the dome in real time, ensuring that the dome remains in a stable and controllable state throughout the process. This effectively avoids the measurement errors caused by traditional manual monitoring. It achieves a deviation of no more than 2mm between the dome of the storage tank and the pressure-resistant ring, and a deviation of no more than 5mm for the orientation of the dome, thereby improving the precision control of the lifting operation.

目前，二期工程项目总体综合进度接近一半，预计将于2027年全面建成。建成后，将新增4亿立方米的储气能力，能够显著提升区域调峰保供能力。

At present, the overall progress of the second-phase project is approaching half. It is expected to be fully completed by 2027. After completion, it will add 400 million cubic meters of storage capacity, significantly enhancing the regional peak load regulation and supply assurance capabilities.

除储气调峰项目外，今年开工的苏皖豫干线、文23-安庆天然气管道、山东管网北干线三个项目全面铺开，目前，部分机组已率先完成百口磨合作业，工程建设稳步推进。与此同时，“十五五”重点项目川气东送二线也在加速推进，隧道穿越与线路焊接同步建设，全年计划焊接1000公里。

Apart from the gas storage and peak regulation projects, the three projects that started construction this year - the inter-provincial trunk pipeline from Jiangsu to Anhui to Henan, the Wan23 - Anqing natural gas pipeline, and the northern trunk pipeline of the Shandong pipeline network - have all been fully launched. Currently, some units have already completed the 100-meter grinding operation and the engineering construction is advancing steadily. At the same time, the "15th Five-Year" key project, the Second West-to-East Gas Transmission Line, is also accelerating its progress. Tunnel crossing and line welding are carried out simultaneously, and the annual plan is to weld 1,000 kilometers.

在吉林长春，随着最后一道焊口检测合格，虎林—长春天然气管道工程长春联络压气站特级动火连头作业顺利收官。此次动火完成将实现哈沈线、长吉线与虎林—长春管道的互联互通。

In Changchun, Jilin Province, with the final weld inspection passing, the special-level hot work jointing operation at the Changchun Linkage Gas Compression Station of the Hulín - Changchun Natural Gas Pipeline Project was successfully concluded. The completion of this hot work will enable the interconnection of the Harbin-Shenyang Line, the Changchun-Jilin Line, and the Hulín - Changchun Pipeline.

目前，虎林—长春管道沿线9座站场已完成主要建设，项目综合进度超90%，预计2026年底全线建成投产。

At present, the 9 stations along the Hulín - Changchun pipeline have completed their main construction. The overall project progress exceeds 90%, and the pipeline is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.

我国最大的煤制天然气生产基地外输管道——准东煤制天然气管道干线工程已完成焊接118公里，控制性工程天山隧道穿越也已进入全面掘进阶段。项目建成后，将与西气东输管道系统互联互通，提升我国天然气资源供应保障能力。

The longest pipeline for transporting coal-to-gas products in our country - the main line of the Jizhong Coal-to-Gas Pipeline Project - has completed welding of 118 kilometers. The key project, the Tian Shan Tunnel, has also entered the stage of full excavation. Once completed, this project will be interconnected with the West-to-East Gas Pipeline System, enhancing China's capacity for ensuring natural gas supply.

全长143.8公里的连云港—仪征原油管道（连云港-淮安段）线路焊接进度超99%，2座站场和6座阀室施工进展顺利，预计今年6月底建成投产。项目投产后，将增强南京及沿江地区原油资源供应稳定性和安全性。目前，国家管网集团在建重点油气管道近40个，总里程超9000公里。

The 143.8-kilometer-long Lianyungang-Yizheng crude oil pipeline (Lianyungang-Huai'an section) has completed over 99% of its pipeline welding work. The construction of two stations and six valve rooms is progressing smoothly. It is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of June this year. After the project is put into operation, it will enhance the stability and safety of crude oil resource supply in Nanjing and the surrounding areas. Currently, the State Pipeline Group is building nearly 40 key oil and gas pipelines, with a total length exceeding 9,000 kilometers.
