This marks a breakthrough for the company in the field of biomass-coupled power generation of coal-fired power units. The trial was conducted using existing equipment, and 30 tons of waste fruit pulp from the juice factory were used for testing. During the trial, the main operating parameters and environmental indicators of the unit remained stable. Through on-site debugging and group comparison, the optimal grinding parameters were optimized and determined, achieving stable matching between the grinding system and the waste fruit pulp grinding process. 同时,陕煤运电组建专业技术团队,模拟测算不同掺烧比例可能导致的燃烧扰动,针对性制定一次风流量、风压、热风挡板开度应对预案,有效解决生物质燃料混合不均、燃烧不稳定等难题,最终达成20%的最大掺烧比例,为后续商业化运行提供数据参考。 Meanwhile, Shaanxi Coal Transportation and Electricity established a professional technical team to simulate and calculate the possible combustion disturbances caused by different blending ratios. They specifically formulated response plans for primary air flow, air pressure, and hot air damper opening, effectively solving problems such as uneven blending of biomass fuels and unstable combustion.
