5月14日，哈电集团与哈工程续签战略合作协议，签署海核工程创新研究院共建协议。

On May 14th, Haidong Group and Harbin Engineering University renewed their strategic cooperation agreement and signed an agreement for jointly establishing the Innovation Institute for Marine Nuclear Projects.

哈电集团总经理、党委副书记刘清勇与哈工程校长、党委副书记殷敬伟共同见证协议签署，为海核工程创新研究院揭牌，并举行工作会谈。哈电集团党委常委、副总经理刘轶，哈工程党委常委、副校长赵玉新代表双方签署协议。

Liu Qingyong, the general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin Electric Group, and Yin Jingwei, the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin Engineering University, jointly witnessed the signing of the agreement, inaugurated the Institute of Innovative Offshore Nuclear Engineering, and held a working meeting. Liu Yi, the vice chairman and general manager of the Party Committee of Harbin Electric Group, and Zhao Yuxin, the vice chairman and vice president of the Party Committee of Harbin Engineering University, represented both parties to sign the agreement.
