据煤炭江湖了解，亚洲动力煤市场情绪偏乐观，报价稳中小幅上调，加里曼丹3800卡8月下旬到9月上旬装期的小船最新报价在FOB66-67.5美元/吨，有买家出价64美元/吨。据悉印尼部分矿企已拿到新的生产配额，但官方尚未发布公告，其余矿企仍在等待明确消息。

The latest price for the 3800-kilocalorie coal from Kalimantan, with shipment scheduled for the second half of August and the first half of September, is currently quoted at FOB 66-67.5 US dollars per ton. One buyer has offered 64 US dollars per ton. It is reported that some Indonesian mining companies have received new production quotas, but the official announcement has not been made yet. The remaining mining companies are still waiting for clear information.

多数矿企预计即便拿到RKAB分配额度，按照政府规定至少50%的产量仍需要供应印尼国内市场，而印尼国内电厂采购价格压得很低，将造成矿企利润受损，并可能促使矿企在出口市场报出更高价格，以此弥补利润损失。此外，印尼高温天气持续干扰生产，高温引发加里曼丹地区森林火灾，主要河流水位下降，驳船运输作业受阻。

煤炭江湖了解到，在需求方面，我国买家对多个印尼煤种需求保持旺盛，甚至对超低热值的3000卡询货也有增加。与此同时，越南、菲律宾对4600卡采购意愿较强，愿意支付溢价。澳洲方面，8月装船货源依旧偏紧，绝大多数5500卡货物已经售罄，不过9月装船货源充足，我国采购商需求维持平稳。
